The hotel design is awesome, very nice landscaped area, lots of cute boho style details, nice and comfy rooms. There are some great staff guys, but unfortunately not the most… The food was tasty, but the variety everyday was the same or very similar. Grilled dishes varied just little and were cooked in advance - the staff replenished them from a metal containers under the table. Most of the grilled meat was dry enough, grilled vegetables every time the same. Anyway there was seafood dinner one night and the salmon variety and taste was impressive. There is lack of staff as tables weren’t cleaned in time, we had to go to take cutlery by ourselves most of the time (or the food get cool while waiting). The cat was eating from a plate on the table and nobody scared her for long time. As mentioned in other reviews, here are lot of russian speaking guests, but most of them are well-mannered. Pools are very nice, the sun beds at the relax pool are awesome and are good at the main pool. But it was surprising that there is no mattresses in the beach (and we didn’t see it at the children pools) area. There is huge lack of organization, most of the staff are completely unprofessional (there were lot of guys, who couldn’t talk English, were not properly trained by the hotel, as we found out later - they are interns from Kazakhstan). Unfortunately, we had a few very unpleasant situations. We had 2 rooms (pool and land view), during our check-in at the reception russian woman (i mention it just the hotel administration could identify the staff member as i don’t know the name) met us at the check-in desk and told us that she will upgrade our land view room to the pool view and she told us that usually it cost 20 Eur per day, but she will make it ‘for free’ asking us ‘to thank her’ in the maner we would like to. Despite the fact that we didn't ask for room upgrade, we got family room facing children's noisy water slides area instead of 2 separate rooms facing the main pool and garden. We asked to give us the rooms we ordered, she said there are no free rooms of our category at the moment and she can give it for us just on the next day. Then Turkish man told her something in Turkish language and she told us that our rooms will be ready after 2 hours. We could feel how much she was not satisfied about this… And this was not the end - when we came to chek-out at 11:55 am, the same woman said in a reproachful tone that we are late. We showed the watch and told her we are in time. She said nothing more after Turkish staff man said to her something in Turkish language, but her behavior is not understandable for us at all.. After booking the hotel, i have got the email with the information about the hotel and there was written that a la carte (except cabanas) is for free. Also there was written, that they have Rouge restaurant for Turkish/Worldwide cuisine and Miu seafood restaurant. One day i made a la carte reservation, but the girl didn’t explained me cle
