Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

Overall a good hotel. But the rooms are tired and check-in is very long. We stayed at the hotel 2 times, 1 time we were given a room with mold in the bathroom. There was no replacement, the hotel was full. Fortunately, the hotel has a lot of interesting things and we only sleep in the room, so we experienced this moment. The second time the room was cleaner and better, but both times the houses were distant, not close to the sea, but my children are grown up, it’s not difficult for us to walk, and considering the price for which we bought it, we could live with it, for the usual price I would upset. The food is good and tasty. The design is a bit old, but again the pros make up for it. Nice beach, food, water park, kids club, entertainment for teenagers (shooting, darts, boccia, parties). But there is not much greenery, during the day there are long distances in the bright sun, it would not be easy with small children.

Book a deluxe get a standard room, hotel staff wants to convince you that your room is deluxe, arrogant shouting and rude, guest relations that doesn't speak neither understand English, reception, some staff are friendly, but mostly rude, communication issue , A moth in the pot, will you really eat here ? Run away if you can

Ideally I would give this hotel 3.5 but all in all there were more positives than negatives. Having read previous reviews I was a little worried before we arrived but we arrived about 3am check in was efficient and a buggy took us to our room. Room was fine for us 2 adults and 2 teenagers bit dated but A/C worked, safe, fridge everything we needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The hotel is huge 3 hotels in one can use all facilities but need to eat in own restaurant. The main restaurant was a negative for me it was just so chaotic we did go in august so it was super busy but it was a bit of a free for all, people wondering round trying to find tables, tables not clean and it was so hot!!! We tended to go earlier for breakfast and later for dinner which seemed a bit less hectic. The food itself was really good loads of choices could always find something even for fussy teenager. Pools were lovely, we used the terrace pool and could always get sun beds had its own bar and snack bar. In the whole time we were there even going to breakfast at 9:00am we never saw a free sun bed by the main pool no idea what time sun bed wars started! Loads of free sun beds on the beach which was also beautiful and very clean. A few food and drink places available on the beach front. Kids went to the water park a few times and said it was good. Some staff were friendly than other some spoke more English than others. Loads of activities available like foam parties, pirate parties, karaoke, beach volleyball, dragon boat racing. Queues for drinks got quite long in the evening which was a bit frustrating. But we had a fabulous holiday and it is a beautiful holiday.

It was the worst vacation experience so far. When we arrived they tried to accommodate us in standard rooms with an extendable bed even though we paid for 2+1 luxury rooms. It is listed as a 5-star hotel, but it looks like a 2-star hotel. The facilities are not so bad but the accommodation is terrible. The cleanliness is almost lacking, the towels are gray not white as they should be, the furniture is very old and damaged. There is no shower gel in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we lost the first two days of vacation trying to get what we paid for. We will definitely not return to this place.

Where to start on this one, 4 days in to our 14 night family holiday currently still in resort, 2 days of freezing cold showers and zero hot water, 2 days of no bath towels despite constant ringing to reception , holes in the main door to our room where the handle and lock has been moved. Cracked tiles hanging above the shower and toilet windows, cracked floor tiles with rawl plugs sticking out of the floor. We can’t even use the walk in shower as there is no light in there and when you close the doors it too dark too see what you are doing, so we have to use the shower over the bath which has a beam right in the middle so if your 6ft like me you constantly hit your head. The toilet seat is loose and moves when you try and sit on it (by the way all this has been reported and nothing has been done about it). If you like getting g up at the crack of dawn to put a towel on a subbed this is the place for you after 8am you won’t get one we have witnessed people running past midnight to reserve sunbeds and the hotel does nothing about it. The food is mediocre at best, nothing is warm let alone hot and the amber restaurant is like a free for all by the time you actually queue for so long and what food might be like warm is freezing cold. Reception and guest relations don’t want to know, and then we had the lovely Fatih from the entertainment team asking for your phone so he could get points as he was leaving and tried to write his own 5* review of this hotel absolutely disgusting and shocking!!!! This was advertised as a 4.5 star I would not give it 2 stars. If Gordon Ramsey did hotel nightmares this would be it. Save your money cancel your booking and find another hotel is all the advice I can give !!

We’ve just returned from a lovely week at this hotel. We travelled with our daughter who is 5. We had spent ages looking for the perfect first holiday overseas with her and settled on this one. However, having read some reviews ahead of travel we did start to have some concerns. We were beyond happy with our choice and the hotel was excellent. We were taken to our room on arrival which was in one of the garden blocks, helpfully overlooking the kids club building. All the blocks were only 2 stories’ high which was nice and had a balcony with clothes drying rails, a table and chairs. On arrival our room wasn’t quite ready as the third bed hadn’t been added but our housekeeper Adam Erol, was along straight away to make this up. Adam kept our room clean throughout our stay and we had no complaints regarding his service. The aircon thankfully worked brilliantly and we had a mini bar which was stocked daily at no extra charge. We found if you leave a little tip in the fridge you get extra stuff. I would just note that the mini bar is stocked early at about 8.30am and we turned them away one day as my daughter was still asleep. We got a selection of still and sparkling water, beer, juice cartons, fanta, coke and sprite. The hotel has some great facilities. A large private beach with an adults only section and also private cabanas you can hire out. A beach bar serving drinks and hot food from noon including burgers, hot dogs and chips. A little further down as an ice cream shop with a freezer to help yourself to ice creams. All part of the all inclusive. This group of hotels includes 3 in total, some of which share the facilities. The Aishen Club has it’s own selection of pools at various depths and one slightly warmer than the rest. There are also some little spa pools dotted around too. One of the pools hosts a closed pool bar which helpfully provides some shallow shade in the water useful for little ones. No issues with pool toys/floats being used as plenty of space in the water. You get a token each for a pool towel which you can change/return as needed. Sun lungers do get reserved early but we always managed to find one by around 9am, not much later. What we liked was the aqua park area was only open from 10am until 6pm and this is completely gated and locked up overnight. Which means all the sun beds can not be reserved. Provided you are there for when it open at 10am, you can get a sun bed here. There are a selection under canopy’s near the water playground, again helpful for younger kids. The water park facilities are just amazing and our daughter loved splashing around and going down some of the bigger water slides. A note regarding the water slides is that they do shut these off around lunchtime briefly and they are very strict on not wearing and jewellery/accessories on the chutes. We were advised by our travel operator that the local currency is Lira, but this hotel advertises in Euros which is more widely accepted. We found it

It was the first time we came to Kamelya Aishen K Club. We had the best experienxe and everything was beyond perfect. Room 1915 is the worst room i have ever been in the Turkey. Two people in this room and there is a third one that they forgot to take that just blocks half the room. Very bad smell of the air by the ozone air purifier which I think they also forgot to take. There were also damaged bed sheets with holes. Is this deluxe room? A five star hotel btw. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Absolutely horizontal experience, we had two separate bookings, a deluxe double bed and deluxe twin beds rooms. Unfortunately when we arrived they said that they don’t have rooms and we will have to stay in one room overnight and next day in the morning they will give us separate rooms. ( Don’t forget we booked deluxe rooms with sea view or garden view. ) In the morning we were offered two rooms which didn’t match our bookings. They were dark and horrible. We were celebrating an anniversary and a birthday. We had no choice but to move to those rooms. ( again they said next day we can offer you the ROOMS we initially booked and paid for ). On the third day we again changed rooms to two twin bed rooms even though we as mentioned before booked a double and a twin bed bedrooms. But we were absolutely exhausted after three days of trying to get what we initially booked. So we decided to stay in those rooms, after being repeatedly ignored by reception staff who were absolutely without any manners whatsoever, total ignorants. Our anniversary and birthday were ruined. And on top of that our rooms were never cleaned. Even after mentioning it to the receptionist and housekeepers. Do not go here if you want to have a good holiday..
