Disappointing stay at this resort.
I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked.
Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time.
Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

We had a wonderful holiday, it was a hotel with many pluses, for example, they removed the towel cards, we liked it very much, the pool water is heated, the slides work. The hotel is spacious, the seating area is not too crowded, we did not have to sit there, I liked the staff approach, the rooms are spacious, the cleaning is sufficient, the food variety is good, it is a place I want to come again.

Food quality was better in previous years. Quality has decreased a bit. I think it is due to excessive cost increase. We were welcomed very well at the reception. Early check-in was given. Cleanliness was good.
