This hotel is lovely, rooms are cleaned daily, and all areas are well maintained. It seems to be a hotspot for German tourists, so English tourists are well outnumbered. We did meet one English couple the day after we arrived and then a few more couples/family a few days later. We did encounter a german group that basically drove us away from the table we had been sitting at around the pool bar one evening, but this was quickly picked up by a staff member who found us another table. The entertainment was a bit lacking, however we did enjoy the darts activity with Mali, quite the character and lovely ☺️ The selection of food was very good at all meals, and staff always at hand. The one point of contention is that there are definitely not enough "no smoking" tables outside !!! We tried the Turkish and Cuban A La Carte meals, which we really enjoyed, especially with the fact that Isa was serving at both, and was very attentive, ensuring we were happy with everything. The Internet was forever "dipping out," and it was annoying, to say the least, to have to pay for it in our rooms !!!! We had a very enjoyable stay at the Alba Royal

We stayed at the Alba Royal for 10 nights. A very clean hotel, and pool area. The room was good with excellent air conditioning. Spa worth a visit. Good selection of food. Service free m the staff was excellent- special mention to Isa who was very friendly and nothing too much trouble. The entertainment staff were great. Pool party and a party with the 2 other Alba hotels a real bonus.

Positives, wonderful staff, so happy and helpful. Fantastic selection of food. Nice good size room level 5, although the sea view was marred by wall when sat down. Fantastic pool, kept nice and clean around it. Close to sea. Negative too geared up for Germans! Some very rude and arrogant, moving towels and pushing in. Expected to pay for wi-fi in room which is unacceptable for an expensive holiday. It was in bar areas and pool side.

Hotel was great,very clean and comfortable food was perfect,friendly staff( mostly) but Germans was their favourits us British poeople no so welcome,entertainment was poor 3 acrobatic dans shows was the same but different people also loud music from the next hotels(Also Alba's) carried on till 1 .00 am in the morning,Alba Royal is mostly for older people who wants peace and quiet holiday,we been this hotel for years but this year is so loud,made us to think twice now if we return. Part from that all was great in total thank you

Beautiful location,food was outstanding. Sad that not all the staff are friendly & smiley towards the English but the staff who did were amazing. Mali was always on point and bubbly. Room,pool & restaurants were immaculate . Not many English guests ,so the Germans were very rude & ignorant making us feel like 2nd class guests,pushing in ,removing our belongings off sunbeds & throwing them to the floor (Disgraceful behaviour). Entertainment was mediocre. Disco was not open. It was very boring for guests who are under 70 to be honest. Due to the hotel favouring German clients I will not be returning sadly.

We stayed at this hotel in August 2024, and had a lovely week there. The food was consistently delicious and the pool was warm. The staff were attentive and friendly, and it was well worth going all inclusive. Sadly there was one major negative. The constant "boom boom" beat of excessively loud rave music. In fact at times one could lie by the pool with one's ears being assaulted simultaneously by 3 different tracks from the bar, the poolside, and the hotel next door. There was no escape in the room, and sleeping before 11.30pm was impossible. Lovely hotel, somewhat spoiled by its clear ambition to replicate the excesses of Ibiza or Majorca. Not a destination if you are looking for a relaxing environment.

Wonderful atmosphere, very good hotel,rooms, restaurant food ...very good staff, all of them friendly, smiles ,hard working peoples..first day to last day perfect time we have..i have to say thanks to receptionist didem ,tuna han,these guys ver friendly and smiles always ready for helps.the other receptionist very good as well.our room service lady fatma she is very good and always smiles,thank you to technical services is well..we have problem with air condition they fixed very quickly..also our restaurant girls sena ,ayse ,sinem they make us feel like a we are in our home.always smiles and helps very good services thankyou very much girls,our snack bar service man nevzat thank you him is well good worker again always smiles 😃. Also aliye service lady..all the girls and boys sefs they all very good i just comment who i know names..special thanks for our animation team tugce,karde and mali,our holiday enjoyable with them..also big thanks to our friend maneger kurtulus olcay..see you next year.. The hotel was well looked after and staff very friendly. Unfortunately this was spoilt by smokers who occupied all public spaces including outside bar and restaurant areas making these areas intolerable and unusable for non smokers. No dress code enforced at meal times . Morning fitness session stopped after first 2 days of holiday something I was looking forward to and I was told by animation that instructor was "Crock".
