Where to start, literally the worst hotel we've stayed at. Food - good luck getting a table, massive queues and food is horrible, bordering on inedible. Under cooked food, same stuff every night, the driest chicken you will ever eat they should advertise it as a challenge to see if you can eat it. Health and safety - no life guards throughout the pool, kids left to their own devices and allowed to run down massive slides and hang over edges of 60 feet drops. Service - literally horrendous, all the staff bar a few are awful, rude and see anyone speaking English as a pain, speak absolutely no English and make no attempt to understand. We waited over an hour for a replacement duvet after an accident, guy came in on his phone with towels, then with a single duvet, still on his phone this is after I've phoned reception twice asking for a double duvet. Reception - when we were checking in so our first impression, mid way through checking in the girl said I finish and walked away, we then stood for 5 minutes waiting for a replacement to come over, now I get your shift is finished, but I have just arrived at a supposedly 5 star hotel and thats our first impression? Asked if they would be able to show a football match on one of their Telly's which aquasis did absolutely no problem, said they couldn't change the channels. Pool - unless you are willing to get up at 6am (not exaggerating as me and my wife had to alternate through the week) to go down and reserve a bed you WILL NOT get a lounger by the pool, they allow people to go down reserve lounges which then aren't used all day. As the pool is heated by 12 pm the pool is warm and when it's 35 degrees the last thing you want to get into is a warm pool. Arcade- half of the stuff is broke, we put coins into a machine and nothing happened, we went looking for the worker who was playing FIFA on the PlayStation, he was annoyed at us for having the audacity and front to question his machine. Once he confirm it was infact broken he did refund the tokens. Make sure you bring enough suncream, a small bottle of Nivea suncream from the hotel shop is €35 and that is not a mistype. I have uploaded images of the kids running down and standing on the slides, if any one from the hotel would like to get in touch please do. Overall you couldn't pay me to come back.
