The Ramada hotel staff are amazing from reception to the pool bar. Ismail Oguz and Mehmet Can were absolutely fantastic and cannot thank them enough for a fantastic time pool side. Ibrahim on the lobby bar also was first class. We have booked again for next year and cannot wait to come back.

The hotel itself was okay , rooms were cleaned daily but had to remind cleaner to top the fridge up as this was often not done. The food was very repetitive and chicken was under cooked so stayed away from that! Entertainment was awful and nothing for the kids to do other than a mini disco at 8:30 and the pool (which was ice cold) but that’s just because of the time of year. The kids disco was the same songs every night and the so called kids club was only open at certain times. However we can not fault some of the staff, a few of them really made are holiday experience much better. Taner and Yusif and Abrihim were extremely helpful and just fun to be around, the kids want to go back just to see them.

Very friendly staff, overall very happy with the service I received. I’m especially happy with the bar staff Ismail is the best so welcoming & always ready to serve. Such a sweet & kind guy!! I will be coming back in the near future as I also enjoyed the Spa!

Great holiday could not fault hotel also had a beautiful beach with beach bar . Over all great but would recommend the upgrade to pool view rooms as these are more modern. Water slides great for kids also pool bar did great pizza and restaurant great chicken wings . Staff very friendly

Amazing experience, we love the massage session and Turkish bath, the staff was very nice and professional, first of the others, nice whether all the time, service five stars, rooms comfortable, several options to enjoy, show time, water-polo, ginmastic, etc

Excellent hotel, the staff were all very helpful and in particular Nur at guest relations was outstanding. She is an asset to your company. Will be coming back again. Food was well prepared and the restaurant staff were really good and also our cleaner who always had a smile on her face. I will be coming back.

We are waiting to check out , we had the best time here , the food , rooms , facilities , cleaners , entertainment, everything was spot on 👌. Couldn't fault a thing.. the ice-cream , waffles and unlimited iced coffee's was out favourite 😍 my daughter lost her favourite blanket and the cleaners had found it for us and returned it to our room with a little note for her. Also Coco from the entertainment team was very good he sang my son happy birthday and he was my 3 children's favourite person to see by the pool & at nighttime entertainment (the best dancer & funniest person) in their words.. we will definitely return 🙂

Hotel was decent, rooms were cleaned everyday, mini fridge was topped up everyday too. The location is out the way which wasn’t the best but you have local buses that can take you to the bazars etc, breakfast was good but dinner wasn’t that good, overall it was a good stay at Ramada resort
