A perfect price performance hotel. All staff are friendly and try to help immediately. All the employees in restaurants and bars always asked if I wanted anything again. It is a very clean hotel with good garden layout. We will back again. We really love garden and staff. Thanks a lot.

The hotel was great very clean and comfortable. The food was good including cakes and fruits. The trips were ok but Jeap Saphari one was the best one. The Italian restaurant was absolutely great delicious food, vino and service. The only thing that was really annoying was the fact that all local shops owners were after our money and some of them were really rude if you didn't want to buy their fake products . Great stay in a great place. The hotel consists of several low buildings located among very well-kept greenery full of colorful flowers. Everything is close, and at the same time there is plenty of space for long walks. A wide, sandy beach with gently shelving beach (you can walk along the beach for many kilometers). Sun loungers, mattresses and towels (changeable daily) are free of charge. Many attractions for children - including a mini zoo, animations and separate swimming pools for children. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day. Changed bed linen and towels. The food was very tasty and varied. Practically speaking, you can eat 24 hours a day with short breaks (we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. and were very surprised because we could use the open restaurant and eat a tasty meal). In the restaurant's daily menu, we found a very large selection of cheeses, vegetables, fruits, pasta, grilled meats, and fish every day. There was a great atmosphere in the hotel - the staff was very nice, helpful and smiling, without the slightest intrusion. There are 5 bars in the hotel, including one (at the reception) open 24 hours a day. The bartenders were always smiling and the cocktails they made were really great. Even though the hotel was 100% full, there were never queues in front of the bars. There were a lot of Poles and Germans in the hotel. A little less Russian-speaking nations, as well as French, Slovaks, English and others. There are a lot of shops and cafes near the hotel where you can buy everything you need.

I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel surroundings are beautiful and green! The beach is wide and sandy with a gentle slope. The food was very good, varied, and a nice bar where you could listen to music in the evening. Special thanks to Hikmet and Ahmet :) for their professional and caring service.

Fantastic hotel and resort. I'm just back from a 10 night holiday at the Alba resort hotel, and I can not fault it one bit. I can not understand how anyone can give this hotel a negative review. They are obviously people who should stay at home. The food is excellent, such a wide variety and choice. Barbaque and freshly cooked meats each night. Mash potatoes, chips roast potatoes. Salad bar amazing, vegetarian selection. Pasta's, pizza, I could go on and on. Breakfast freshly cooked omelette outside, boiled fried eggs. Toasties etc something for everyone. Pool and beach bar snacks were fab, freshly cooked burgers, pizza, chips, meatballs and so on. Pools were fabulous one busier with slides and a lovely quiet pool. Plenty sunbeds available. Beach area lovely with again plenty free sunbeds. Rooms clean and spacious. Bar serves 24hr alcohol which is unusual for all inclusive. Pool bar entertainment was good. Drinks fab, great choice including cocktails. As I said I cannot fault hotel. Staff friendly, approachable and helpful. Down road to right Lucky Luke bar shows live sport just ask and they'll accommodate any game of choice. I would definitely go back to this hotel not one bad word to say about it. Only negative if you can call it one is that it is mainly Polish and German guests but everyone was great.

OK were to start .. arrived late and the welcome put us off straight away .. you have to pay extra for the WiFi and the safe in your room .. although it was not mentioned nor stated when we choose this hotel .. tried to see next day guest relations in order to raise my concern and was refused by guest service manager and advised to seek my rep ( which was not onsite as we booked in the UK) then a Hotel Representative from guest service Relations male will not mention his name but his name starts with B …n , was going around pool etc with his little tiny book shirt half of his trousers and dry foam on his mouth asking everyone how they can make improvements.. well he was not going into the issues and basically said best hotel and so on and with safe and WiFi has been since 25 years and talking about his experience.. then seen him with a very nice manager food and beverage at the entrance from main restaurant.. asking how things are B was standing with him .. so he interrupted and was not really greatly listen as he still had his foam at his mouth and had body odour.. stated to the manager my issue and B interrupted yet again .. until I said that I wish not talking to him .. so he was still going on how good the hotel is and how perfectly everyone things the hotel is … until I said .. don’t get me started in how to treat guests, as I work in a very similar industry in guest relation. which seems the other manager felt embarrassed and left .. this B humiliated me in front of everyone.. so back in the lobby drunk woman from Czech Republic’s sneezed and had all snot running down wiped it on one of the chairs then blew more snot in her hand and wiped again on the chair .. reported to reception.. nothing was done as the dirty chair was there next morning and then moved to another area .. lobby furniture dated and filthy .. some staff very nice and rest seem stressed and tired … our room was ok without an area were you can hang Coates just wardrobe.. Balkony not really suited for two people .. facilities very dated .. dining areas outside cramped and table cloths bleached by sun .. Upon our arrival, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience in this establishment. We arrived late, and the initial welcome was uninviting. It was disappointing to discover that there were additional charges for WiFi and the in-room safe, information that was not disclosed when we selected this hotel. The following day, I attempted to address my concerns with guest relations, but the guest service manager declined to assist and suggested I contact my representative, who was not present since we booked from the UK. A male hotel representative, whose name begins with "B," was seen circulating around the pool area, dressed inappropriately with a half-tucked shirt and dry foam on his mouth, soliciting feedback on potential improvements. Great stuff very friendly, I felt very welcomed. Never had such a great food in any other hotel. The entertainment was very nice. The hotel had such a beautiful decoration for Halloween. Everyone had fun the little ones and also the big ones. I will definitely come back!

Hikmet the manager is a very professional but really friendly, kind and warm person. Together with Ahmet they make a great team along with all the staff. I'm really enjoying my stay here and I recommend this place very much. It's my first time in Turkey and I couldn't imagine a better place to spend my holiday in. For sure, I will be coming back here next time. Very nice hotel, the food is amazing and again the staff makes this place really shine ✨️✨️✨️

Our stay at Alba Resort was fantastic.The hotel offers everything for a memorable family vacation ,spacious rooms, delicious food, a beautiful beach just steps away, and friendly staff always ready to help. The kids loved the pools and activities, while we enjoyed relaxing by the sea. Can’t wait to return.

I had a truly wonderful holiday; all the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. The service was outstanding, with the team taking great care to make sure we had everything we needed. The variety of food was excellent, with delicious options at every meal, and the Turkish night was unforgettable – the presentation and flavors were simply fantastic, adding a special touch to the evening. The hotel’s landscaping and pathways were beautifully designed, allowing us to feel close to nature at every turn. The beach area was spacious and open, offering a perfect place to relax. The animation team brought so much joy to our stay, keeping us entertained throughout the day with fun activities and delivering truly impressive, professional shows in the evening. Beautiful location excellent service especially for families with kids. We have enjoyed our every moment there and for sure will be back. Will be recommended to our friends and families without hesitation. See you soon again. Love Kate & family

This hotel has a lot to offer in terms of facilities and family entertainment. The food is good and drinks are good quality. But the service is nowhere near 5 star. Don’t expect to be ‘looked after’. As much as the restaurant and bar staff are pleasant and helpful. The reception staff and management don’t care about you or the comfort of their guests. Overall you get great facilities. There are two big pools and two kids pools. One is more for relaxation and the other had a good range of water slides. The beach is part of the hotel with loungers and refreshments included on the all inclusive. The entertainment is good for kids especially the pool foam party. Food is good and there is a good selection. You get a lot included in the all inclusive that usually require a supplement. Cocktails, wine, ice cream and ice lollies all included. They are all good quality too. The best I’ve had for an all inclusive. Rooms are modern, nicely decorated and comfortable. They are quite compact and not a lot of storage space. But adequate. The WiFi is very poor which is annoying when unable to use mobile data. There was a lot of ants around the hotel and especially in the room. Take care to not drop food/crumbs on the floor. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day. Travelling from the UK. This hotel doesn’t seem to get a lot of English guests. Which was not a problem to me as we prefer to be away from English on holiday. the staff all speak many languages. But some staff struggle with English. Again not a problem to me. But may be for some people. Guests were all well behaved and there was no drunk and disorderly behaviour which was refreshing. Likely due to having few English guests. The hotel is hugely let down by its very dismissive and rude reception staff and management. They give a clear impression that you are nothing more than a nuisance to them. If you’re expecting 5 star service and being looked after you’ll be extremely disappointed. I’ve stayed in 2 star hotels that offer a better service than this hotel. Unfortunately on our last day our flight was 14 hours after the 12:00 check out. Having asked several times throughout the week about late check out. The reception staff gave a different answer every time. When I eventually got to request a late check out on the morning of departure. The receptionist said it wasn’t possible. I asked if there was any alternatives as we have a 5 year old. I was unwell, we needed respite from the temperature outside and a place to rest before the exceptionally late flight. I was told we could store our cases in the luggage room and use the spa to shower. Which was not helpful as this meant we had to spend the whole day with no rest or escape from the heat. My tour operator TUI was little help and blamed it on the hotel. They did eventually speak to the hotel who refused to help again. This meant we were unable to shower in private and we did not get any rest. We all returned from holiday with heat exhau

Very nice resort overall had really a pleasant stay, mi kids enjoyed every minute of it and we will certainly go back one day. True hospitality. Surroundings are breathtaking. Everything is cleen immaculate. Recommended for families with kids
