Our first trip to Turkey and couldnt have chosen such a great resort Staff are very friendly and welcoming Hotel is beautiful and the beach is on the resort Food had a fantastic variety and is tasty In-house shops as well as small fair and arcade All the facilities are within the compound so one doesnt need to go out Highly recommend for familiies with children

We arrived at 1am. The gentleman at reception knew very little english or german but the bellboy quickly helped us out. They had late night snacks( sweets/pastry). The grounds are generally well maintained and landscaped. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Even though there was a language barrier, we managed to overcome that. They cannot do enough for you. They work very hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. Our housekeeper was absolutely AMAZING, thank you Fatma Molldoglu for your hard work and your kindness, you made our room look lovely every single time! Main restaurant (Lykia) was clean and the choice of foods plenty. Breakfast was my preferred time, as the atmosphere was very relaxed. For lunch, most of the times we went to the snack bar outside. I felt that the choice of foods for lunch was not as good as the breakfast. Dinner time in the main restaurant was chaotic. Feeding time at the zoo comes to mind. Many people looking for tables, lack of cutlery and rude guests. Quality of food was ok, not the worst i’ve had but definitely could be better. Some evenings they would have roasts (i remember lamb and fish) - amazing. Other foods not so great but there were options. Staff in the restaurant are very hard working and always approachable. Burak, Selim and their colleagues were always very helpful. Facilities could be massively improved: baby changing tables are ONLY in the women’s toilets 👎, ramp from reception is slippery, some tiles and hand rails around pools are loose. Restrooms by the main restaurant were very slippery and looked like they’ve been used by cattle. Sun loungers around pools: if you go early you may have a chance of getting some, but by 9 am they’re mostly taken. Hotel has a written policy but they never followed it through. Animation: 5* us and the kids loved it, different shows every night and loads going on, they really work hard to make sure people have a good time. Overall I would give this hotel a 5* for its staff but facilities let it down a bit.

Turan Prince Hotel does not dissappoint. The hotel is set in a prime location, with shopping, chemists and Dolmush bus service right on the doorstep. The old town of Side is 20 minutes on the bus & costs 20 TL each per journey. The bus is every 10 minutes right outside the hotel. We arrived in the early hours so it was very quiet, but we were booked in and o our rooms within 15 minutes of arrival. The fastest checking we have ever experienced. The rooms are clean, spacious and very nice. Would recommend upgrade to include balcony which we did. The pool areas are kept spotless all day, and the main pool is big. Do not leave towels on sunbeds unattended, as the hotel quite rightly remove any towels unattended between 08.30 & 10.00 am, as hotel is very popular. The beach is lovely. The food here is the best we have had on all inclusive. Hot, excellent choice and for the first time ever, the cakes have flavour. They are delicious! There is a choice to suit all. The reception staff & Consierge speak good English, and we found them to be very approachable. There is plenty to do, from pool games to archery and darts. If you wish to keep your room later the staff will sort or provide an alternative room at a charge from €55, depending on how long you require it for. We had a fantastic 2 weeks and would highly recommend this hotel to couples and families. Thanks to all the staff who work very hard to make the stay an enjoyable one!

Phenomenal 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Reception/Concierge - Amazing team, very welcoming; always had lots to talk about with them & they adored our 8month old baby girl! - They we’re always so friendly and gave us such a lovely check in, lovely holiday. Bar/Waiters/Waitresses/Chefs - These guys never failed us, from breakfast to our evening meal. They always interacted with us, bought our drinks, asked how are day was and what we had planned. They were all amazing, they all work soooo hard! Housekeeping - There was one lady in question (i’m sorry we didn’t get her name) she looked after our room throughout our stay (4216?) - Without fault she would greet us; have a good old conversation with us; by the end of the week we felt like we were such good friends! - Our daughter loved her! Olympic Jewellery - The guy that worked in there, amazing.. he was our daughters best friend; he was so nice and friendly. All staff - a real credit to this hotel, it will be hard to go elsewhere & not compare them! The Room - Big, spacious, clean & amazing views. The Grounds/Pools/Play area - Always clean, always tidy; the maintenance/gardening team do a fantastic job of keeping everything together. Our girl loved the park & the merry go round, but she was always asleep by 9pm when they turned it on - The only downside was that the pools are so so cold! but maybe in hight season the sun would warm them up? - We went into the arcade area, it was a little run down; could be more exciting but i guess for kids; it’s the best place ever. Entertainment - we went off peak season; so we didn’t expect much, we went for 10 days and only caught the last 2 nights entertainment; i don’t think there was anything on throughout our stay; we were fine with that because we were usually in the room by 10pm knackered anyway. This was our first holiday as a family, it was truly one to remember and reminisce; we’re even talking about going back next year in peak season. Thank you to everyone for making it so special 👏💛

Me and my friends had the best time here the animation team is amazing.Montana was really very good and we was playing every time dart with him. Thanks for everything. The hotel is really clean and the food is amazing

I would not talk about the usual staff, many others have already done that! I will just point out what I personally found very annoying and what I would improve. The biggest problem I found was the soundproofing of the doors. The hotel has an open corridor, so you can easily hear a neighbor from the ground floor, although you are leaving on the 4th floor for example. Building B also has an indoor playground on the ground floor. You can even hear the children screaming as they play. The best time to rest is between midnight and 6AM. No chance to relax in the afternoon. I do not understand how it was possible to use such cheap doors in this case. We can just see the light from outside in our room and even hear people talking in whispers. Otherwise we had an excellent holiday. I cannot really comment on anything else. But the problem with the poor soundproofing makes you think twice about coming back here. TIP: I would not buy anything from the resort, very overpriced! Please see other comments on this subject, especially the SPA prices.

Great hotel and had everything we needed to keep everyone in our family happy. Plenty of food choices. Large pool area with shallow area, splash pool with small slides and three larger slides behind, walk further down then you are on the beach. The hotel can’t have been full - we never had to wait for a table or sun-beds. There is a lovely pier on the beach too. I would 100% recommend this hotel to others, especially at this time of year when the weather was great but the hotel not too busy. And I would be happy to visit again.

Like most people we read the reviews before we went. We arrived at 3am, checkin was quick and bell boy took us to our rooms. The rooms were a good size and very clean, we had tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. The items in fridge were replaced daily. The restaurant is a good size, there was no wait for tables and plenty of larger tables for families. Breakfast, there was everything you could wish for, omelette, fried egg, pancake and bread all cooked fresh. Cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts, cakes I could go on. Lunch, there was an abundance of food available to meet anyones taste as was dinner. All food was labelled for all allergens which suited me as I have gluten free, there was plenty of choice for me. There is restaurant closer to beach serving lunch, ice cream for kids 12 until 4. There are 3 pool areas, large pool with kiddies section. Large splash pool the 3 waterslides pool. All clean with plenty of sun beds. Short walk down incline leads you to a nice sandy beach with pier, enjoyed jumping off end of pier.
