We went on an 11-day trip, starting with the hotel stay. It was a fantastic experience. We are very satisfied with the overall service, and especially with the Entertainment Team. For us, as people who enjoy having fun on holidays, it was very important that the Entertainment Team was good — and this time they did not disappoint These are people who really use their talent and experience, and you can clearly see that they are excellent at what they do. They are not pushy at all — very gentle in encouraging participation. They are always smiling, never intrusive, and very friendly. Especially Yunus I highly recommend staying at this hotel, and our holiday here was truly fantastic

Lovely hotel. Staff at very welcoming and helpful. Pool a good size and hood slides too. Nice food and something for everyone. Side old town £20 in a taxi Local town just near the hotel within walking distance Soft entertainment - been to hotels before where much more going on which I missed really. The balcony’s are very small only fit for one person. Music round pool was a pain very drab and boring. Other than that a lovely place and staff are amazing. Not soenhwre I would go back but overall we really enjoyed our holiday. Don’t both let with late check out get up early on last day to book a slot for the shower. Big room to get ready and nice shower

We were really disappointed with our stay at this hotel, and unfortunately it has been the worst of our experiences in Turkey so far. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic. The restaurant was far too busy and frequently ran out of food early, which made meals stressful rather than enjoyable. Outside, almost all tables allowed smoking (except for just four), so it was difficult to sit anywhere comfortably without being surrounded by smoke. Our room was another let-down. The bathroom was tiny and the overall space felt very dark and cramped. On top of this, all prices were listed in euros. As a British guest paying in lira, it was frustrating having to mentally convert euros to pounds and then into lira just to understand what we were spending. The pool area was also disappointing. For the size of the hotel it was far too small, always overcrowded, and the water was uncomfortably warm. It’s only one depth, so children under about 10 or 11 can’t stand up safely. Queues for drinks were long, with just one bartender serving despite the circular pool bar having space for more. Staff at the bar were sometimes abrupt, which didn’t help. Noise was another issue: deliveries and bin collections could be heard as early as 5am, which made sleeping difficult. The general surrounding area outside the hotel was also very run-down, which added to the negative impression. The beach was no better. The hotel’s “allocated” swimming area was tiny, overcrowded, and not enjoyable at all. Finally, the so-called “fun team” or animation team often came across as rude and pushy. They would become aggressive if games didn’t go their way, and arguments between themselves (especially the two leading male staff) were common and uncomfortable to witness. It’s fair to say the hotel was kept very clean, which we did appreciate, but overall any small positives were quickly outweighed by an accompanying negative, making it impossible to truly enjoy the stay. We know we visited in peak season, but we’ve stayed at other Turkish resorts at the same time of year and never experienced issues on this scale. Sadly, we would not return or recommend this hotel. The one genuine highlight of our stay was the lifeguard, Rochmy, who was exceptional. He went out of his way to engage with the children around the pool, making them laugh, involving them in games, and always ensuring they felt safe and happy. His friendliness and energy really made a difference to our children’s holiday and gave us one of the only true positives from this experience.

We flew from Manchester Airport with Jet 2 on Tues August 19th for 7 days at Numa Club Side. Family of 4 with a 15 and 10 year old. We have had the best 7 days and cannot fault the hotel, it was absolutely spotless. Just a few tips I thought I would share: Each bar has a slighty different cocktail menu, for example the Amphi bar had a choice of 3 frozen cocktails as opposed to just the strawberry daquiri at all the others. You do need to be up bright and early for a bed at the pool, if you want poolside you need to be up even earlier. However there were lots of free beds on the beach throughout the day. You get a card each for towels when you check in, you can collect your towel from the spa in the morning and then when you hand it in at the end of the day they will give you a card ready to use the next day. The food at the beach bar was very good, they serve food between 12-3 each day. The main restaurant had a wide selection of food and there should be something for everyone. There was a seperate room with a kids buffet during the dinner hours which was a little quieter and calmer which some might find useful. The Patisserie was open 11-6 and as well as lots of cakes and pastries they serve coffees, iced coffees and you can ask for milkshake which I didn't see on the menu. Book your Al a carte the day you arrive, if they have no availability leave your number in case a cancellation arises, (Which happened to us) There is an Italian and Seafood night to choose from. Bring plenty of suncream, we went through all ours and had to buy some there and it was a lot more expensive, as were all toiletries that you might need. Take a trip to Side Old Town at nighttime, it all looked so beautiful, especially the harbour. We got a taxi there and back as we just found it easier. On the last day we asked if we could use the Spa showers instead of the shower room, I was so glad we did they were much better in my opinion. I wouldn't bother with the bingo, it was our first night there, we paid 40 euros for the tickets and it wasn;t the best. The prizes were shocking and it just took a long time and we were quite bored. Please be very mindful on the waterslides, make sure you leave a longer gap between yourself and the person infront of you, even if the lifeguard says go. We saw a few accidents at the botton of the water slides including one really nasty accident which we witnessed and therefore stopped my daughter going on them again as she was afraid it would happen to her. Finally, my number 1 tip is to take a trip to beach on one of your last nights aound 7pm for the sunset to get some beautiful photographs.

Visited this hotel with our 7yr old and 11 yr old. As well as our friends with similar age children. A great time was had by everyone. Lovely hotel. Very clean. Tasty strong cocktails. Food was okay as all inclusive goes. A bit samey. But could always find something to eat. Dedicated kids section with spaghetti, burgers and sausages. Lots of cats around the hotel but all were well looked after by the hotel. Animation team were friendly but not pushy. A few fun games took place during the day but nothing you were forced to join in with. Cons Rooms were on the small side and the balcony was tiny. Could barely fit a table and chairs. We were in the main building above the lobby bar and it was quite noisy all night. Chinking of plates and glasses and tidying up noises seemed to go on all night. We were glad to have the separate bedroom for the kids though so can cope with a smaller room for that reason. Cocktails were great but inconsistent. You never seemed to get the same one twice. Bar staff not always the friendliest. Upon arrival for dinner for the first time we found the staff to be a little unhelpful. We asked if it was possible to get a table for 8 people and we were just told "outside" as it was we got two tables and the waiter was super helpful and remembered our drinks order all week but first impression was a bit off. The pool snack bar was good for burgers and jacket potatoes but the pizzas were often tuna which the kids (and I!) didn't like. Evening entertainment was hit and miss. We found the amphitheatre really hot but did watch the magic show which was very basic. And the live band singer was not the greatest! Sunbeds were all gone by 8am and only once did we see someone removing towels from sunbeds that hadn't been used all day. Overall not much to complain about, just minor gripes really. Would recommend.

Me and my family came to Numa side hotel and had a really good time we are leaving tomorrow. Always got sunbed went down about 7.45 it was getting busier when we left. Entertainment staff were brilliant prerfered their evening entertainment to the actul acts they got in. Food always something to eat. Snack bar spot on. Cocktails all made fresh no pre made rubbish Strawberry daquris definitely recommend. Coffee shop iced latte on tap 😂My boys aged 16 and 9 said would love to return. Would recommend definitely.

We were due to go to a different hotel but got changed to here as the other hotel wasn’t fit for purpose. On arrival reception staff were great and made sure we got to the restaurant to eat as it was just about to close. We got to our room and first impressions were the room was dated and small especially the bathroom. View from the room was of the pool which was great. Woke up early and assessed the pool lounger situation. We managed to get loungers everyday around the slides. Staff very attentive in restaurants and food was good. Only bad experience was the chicken doner served in the main restaurant. Twice we noticed they were slicing raw chicken to serve up. Lots of options for food but avoid the chicken doner in main restaurant the pool bar food was fine. The slides were brilliant for the kids and adults. Pool plenty big enough. Evening entertainment was a gamble sometimes good sometimes not great. We didn’t enjoy the band that played twice just felt very karaoke for a five star hotel. The entertainment team were good and everyone enjoyed the pool games etc during the day. Spa- we asked for female therapists and one person was given a male therapist. The massage wasn’t great and two therapists talked throughout the treatments so not very relaxing. The other therapist which was in a separate room was checking the time on her phone throughout the treatments. We’ve definitely had better treatments in other hotels. We had a brilliant holiday at this hotel and feel that if the hotel made some changes it would benefit the guests experiences. Couldn’t fault the staff they were great.
