Lovely clean hotel with lovely rooms.with ,great food selection. Water park and tattoo studio was a cherry on the top.Many activities and shows everyday. Special thanks to Johnny who kept us entertained the whole time.We will be definitely back again.

We arrived at late night about 11 pm and got welcomed really warmly at reception. Just good and polite customer services. We traveled with 3 kids and they are also liked the hotel very much. I would say these are best parts - Super clean and large territory - Friendly and helpful stuff - Tasty food - Gorgeous wide beach - Variety of entertainments from morning to night We lived a week in 2 floors villa with 3 bedrooms and nice yard

Nice place for vacarion. Very kind and helpfull staff. The room was nice, and also food was vvery good. Only the water in swimming pool was very cold! The sorroundings is very nice, full of flowers. We are here first time and we propose others ........

It’s been amazing experiences with the Vontesort and kids and ourselves . Food ,staff, facilities all are excellent . Loved the local culture and walk to old town side , Manavghat bazar, Mosques . Staff were very hardworking and helpful . Overall we loved it and had an excellent time and will be comeback again .

rooms are lovely like a little apartment style thing which was perfect for us. entertainment was amazing and the staff are so friendly massive shout out to the animation team for getting my partner involved in everything. the spa is a must do i would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back :) x

If you have CAT allergies STAY AWAY, as cats are wandering free inside the main restaurant, climbing on the tables and eating directly there on the floor. In this matter the guests relations was useless, as they were in any matter, they told us it's impossible for them to keep the cats out, they were rude about it and what ever we were asking for the answer was always "we can't do anything". In general the hotel looks good, the rooms are clean, the bathroom very small and with old furniture and a shower cabin glued on top of the bathtub. Food it's ok, not to many options, more oriental style dishes. All a-la-cart restaurant cost extra. Drinks are from dispenser and local spirits that can be found only in specific bars, not all have the same beverages available. Staff barely speaks English, Russian is they main language, some are helpful, most just don't care. It's a 3 starts hotel but for the fact that cats are being allowed inside of the restaurant gets 1 star.
