The hotel is nice and clean, the food and beverage quality is good

Absolutely disappointed, old rooms dirty toilets, food was average, staff was rude at times, I can understand they work very hard and they are tired but still customer service? Crowded! Not again, recommended not to book this hotel there are better options at nearby locations!

Really nice hotel and helpful staff. There was a really good range of food - particularly for the price we paid! - and we liked the layout and location too. We booked a couple of trips which were easy to access and the coach stopped outside the hotel which was great. Literally across from the seafront so we could get to the beach with a 30 second walk or stay within the resort. Lots of cats - not strays but seen as 'community' cats so they're fed by the hotels and local people. Cats are very friendly but the staff will shoo them away if you aren't keen!

This hotel is only set up for the Germans. The first week we arrived the was ony four English including me and my partner. Most of the staff were rude.The food was ok.The same entertainment over 2 weeks. The food was either in sauces or I in casseroles or marinated in soya sause. We're black and tough This hotel is not catered for food for children. The beach was lovely.The staff in the pool bar in the evening were very good. The woman bar staff were rude unless you kept on tipping them.The staff in the restaurant were rude and also on reception. The only one on reception who was not rude was the manager.

Absolutely terrible food was lousy I ate jacket potatoes for a week no one mentioned the cats everywhere even in the dinner hall didn't fill fridge up we had to ask for water and they could only make 4 cocktails and 1 beer on tap and flees on the bed side cabinet

Hi, I’m from Northern Ireland and stayed here with my wife and son and my son’s girlfriend in February 2024. I was sceptical having read reviews but was well impressed with the resort. Yes it was out of season and things were quiet but the negative reviews are not warranted. There are a lot of older aged German and Russian patrons but that is understandable as this time of the year is their holiday time and if you want you will be accepted anywhere. Food is excellent-yes maybe repetitive but thats all inclusive no matter where you go. Staff are good - location excellent facilities are exceptionally clean (and I mean I like cleanliness) all in all forget the doubters and stay here.

Just come back from a 2 week holiday with this hotel, the food is nice with lots of variety and theme nights. The staff are all friendly. I will say that they seem to prioritize Germans, however they are all still friendly. The rooms are cleaned to a great standard, with a FREE mini-bar upstairs that comes with Coca-Cola, fanta, water and juice cartons. And the beds and pillows are very comfy. The beach is cleaned daily with its own beach bar and food available it's a nice place to relax. There are cats everywhere but that is common in all surrounding areas in turkey and most are very friendly. Kids club was on, and run by a very nice woman who is great with children of all ages. The entertainment/animation is good with volleyball on the beach and darts in the amphitheatre during the day. Mini-disco everynight. We went out of season and entertainment was still on, just not on sundays. Not sure if its like that in season. The animation staff are really friendly. Now the negatives. People seem to smoke EVERYWHERE. Next to the kids pool, in the outdoor eating area which is next to the indoor eating area with open windows so don't sit next to the windows if you want to enjoy your meal. The spa staff are everywhere trying to sell you stuff, on the beach, next to the pool/bar, in the hotel, even when I went on a walk outside the hotel one was there. They will wake you up if your sunbathing and they will get you just as you come out of the beach toilets trying to sell you stuff. Which I think really ruins what is supposed to be a relaxing holiday with someone who bothers you almost everyday. They also take quite a while to go away once you've told them no. I upgraded to a family room, however it had no bath which made it harder as I have a 1 year old.

Don't listen to the negative reviews! Absolutely fabulous place food was good nothing is to much trouble for the staff they are fantastic lovely beach we will defiantly be back had a lovely week thank you to the amazing staff yes there's cats about put there so friendly

Great hotel, great eating, nice pool with the slides. There is not a lot of people im here on April and the weather iż great. I think we will be back on here. Great hotel for children, families. Its next to The beach, IT iż really close to every bazaar

Food gave us all dodgy tummies. The staff treat you like you’re an inconvenience. The beds are rock solid. Don’t think it was helped by the weather we had whilst we were there. The games room was a staple for us, pool and bowling on site which was decent. Had a “trial” massage which was horrendous, got mounted by a man who effectively humped my head.

Good value for the money. As it was winter season there was only a couple of nights where we had some entertainment. No a la carte open or kids club. No animation I suppose because it was winter season. Perhaps when you book they should state this on their hotel site as it shows all facilities on the their description. Only a couple of English families here the rest are German/ Czech I think mainly. Staff speak a little English but better German. Alcoholic local drinks a bit poor and If I had paid more money I wouldn’t be happy as it was terrible but for what we paid we go what you expect. Hotel very clean and food hygiene excellent. No issues on holiday at all.

Rooms: By my standards, and have a good vacation, great Food and drinks Great choice! I didn't have time to try everything! Advantages of the hotel Beautiful view, Calm atmosphere, Favorable prices, Modern technology, Good animation! (You can buy this hotel)

I was enjoying to stay in this hotel, very nice service, very clean hotel, very delicious food, only one problem: the hotel is mainly geared towards German tourists, but apart from that, I recommend this place for a holiday, you definitely won't be disappointed

the hotel is very dirty, I am shocked by the dirt in my room. Cats everywere. I love Animals, but on table and kitchen ? Hair on my icecream, hair on toilet after "room cleaning". only one waiter was polite and friendly, the rest were very rude. In my opinion ? Its not a 5* hotel !never again !
