Mini club for kids is very good, friendly staff and the kids enjoyed playing mini golf, football and playstation 5. There are a lot of facilities like billiards table & soft play area for younger kids. The service in the hotel is good, there’s a wide variety of food & the water slides were so much fun

It's a good hotel with good animation. We had a nice room which was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned well while we were there. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was very helpfull and alsof verder friendly. The shows are nice to watch and the location is fine.

The facilities of hotels very good I had amazing time with my family and very friendly staff here .There are so much activities during the whole day if you spend your time you cants go to outside.you can enjoy here .The food of variety is lots .you can take your packages according to yourself but I took all inclusive it was amazing.😊😊

Really amazing hotel we will most likely come back next year. We have 2 kids aged 3 & 4 and the slides, kids club and mini disco is really good for them. They loved it all. All the staff are very friendly and help with anything you need. Food is good, breakfast the worst meal here for us due to not being able to get a full English lol. The beach bar is awesome you can get a shuttle there every 10 mins and you get get food and drinks as part as the all inclusive. Pool and slides are loads bigger than you think from the pictures. If you are looking for good shops too for clothes, there are some good ones about 5 mins walk away from the hotel.

Everything is lovely, the food, the rooms, the pools are amazing for the kids. great beach, the staff and the entertainment team are amazing and couldnt do enough for us, we will definitely be coming back to this lovely hotel. Highly recommend to anyone

Just back from a second 10day holiday at this amazing little piece of paradise with my sister. The Arcanus Hotel, where do I start. The staff are so helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. From the receptionists,the bell boy,the catering staff, cleaning staff bar and beach bar staff and even the shuttle bus drivers, too many to mention individually. The rooms are comfy and cleaned daily and as is the rest of the hotel is immaculate. Its only a 5 min walk to all nightlife and bazaars and shops.The Al a Carte menu and meal is to die for. Thougholy enjoyed our stay again and lovely to be recognised by the staff. Definitely going back for a third hol. Thank you to all management and team.
