Since I was on a business trip, the location was perfect for me since it was from a walking distance from the conference I was attending. The facilities weren't the best, the cleanliness was ok and the service was very good. All in all, was a good stay, specially having in mind the price which was very affordable in comparison with other places.

The rooms are spacious. A little dated but great value for price. Very clean, and comfortable bed.
Foyer very clean and professional. Nice breakfast layout.
Close by shops and tourist area.

Good location, easy access to all attractions. The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful, excellent service. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this hotel

Rooms on the roadside are noisey. The washroom was moldy and old.
Pillows was shitty. The bed was too soft
It's one of the worst hotels.

Very basic chained hotel - take note there are old rooms and new rooms for the hotel in Coimbra. The photos listed mostly show the new rooms but we were given the old room which was super dated. Even the remote control for the TV was not working. We requested for the new room and thankfully one was available for immediate check-in. Apparently only 5 out of 90 rooms are revamped? Only the reception staff could speak English. Location was about 10 mins walk to city centre and 5 mins drive from Coimbra-B train station via Uber. You may refer to my photos to see the difference between the old and the new room.
