A comunicação entre o alojamento e a plataforma de reservas é manifestamente fraca. Eu fiz uma reserva, recebi um comjunto de documentos (voucher, factura e confirmação de reserva e pagamento), no entanto, em nenhum desses documentos foi incluido o numero do quarto nem o codigo de acesso à chave.
Entrei em contacto com a propriedade, informando que iria viajar de noite e chegar de madrugada. Comuniquei essa informação por escrito na reserva. A propriedade confirmou que não haveria problema, porque com o código poderia entrar quando quisesse. Os documentos que me enviaram apenas dispunha de um PIN de 4 digitos que eu acreditei ser o codigo de acesso à chave e ao quarto. Nao. O código não funciou, os telefones de serviço da propriedade nunca foram atendidos. Na cidade contactei outros hoteis que alegadameente estavam completos. Fiz mais de 20 chamadas para os numeros que me disponibilizaram. Conclusão: passei a noite na rua. Paguei e dormi no carro, ao frio e sem qualquer conforto. Apenas me devolveram a chamada já passava das 7 da manhã.

The room was large and cosy for 4.
It was clean and in good shape.
Our room was on the quiet side of the building, but the hotel is located in a noisy road, jammed with traffic.
It takes 25-30 minutes walk to get to the university / city center

Overall property was clean, but strong smell in the bathroom was unbeatable. Also, the host did not deliver $15.00 parking tickets as advertised since she run out of them.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
Check in was very difficult. Self check in with no one available at the hotel.Room was down four flights of very steep stairs. No elevator. Room smelled strongly of sewage. Bathroom had mold in the shower. Mattress was very thin. Two very small pillows. No housekeeping. Room was not cleaned. Beds were not made.Breakfast was a joke, cornflakes, and yogurt, a loaf of bread and a toaster. Coffee was terrible. Orange juice from a can. When time to check out. They would not accept credit card had to find an ATM to pay them in cash.

Lovely inside but room 1 smells like a sewer, strong smell of bleach on arrival, opened the windows to get rid of the smell of bleach. Once this went and a toilet is used by another room, the smell is atrocious making it unusable. The staff and owners know about it but keep selling the room. No offer of a refund.

Nice house and room but the rest a disaster. Getting in is a challenge. Getting breakfast is a challenge. Getting sleep is a challenge since you notice every step. Getting internet was a challenge. On top of that they sent me like 20 emails that was automically generated. They offered me to store luggage in Porto when I am in Coimbra. Smell in the room made me work in a nice cafe.

Man kann in die Stadt laufen. Parkplatz etwas schwierig und abseits, am besten Park+Ride ca. 400 m. Frühstück etwas einfach.
