Very worst hotel, specially when it comes to hot water, need to inform reception. Worst part i stayed for 3nights and every time i informed the reception to clear it. They are least bothered to take care of the guest request or change of room. As. Major portion of hotel is vacant. Very irritating issue. Secondly restaurant very pathetic even lodge will not have such kind of restaurant support.

- blankets: torn and worn out
- room maintenance: not properly maintained, showing signs of neglect *service* 2/5 (slow and inefficient) - room service: extremely delayed, took a long time to arrive *overall* 2/5 (average experience) while the hotel's location was a major plus, the room quality and service fell short of expectations.
