I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at krr grand hotel in. Despite your establishment's reputation, the service offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was unhygienic condition and had many issues regarding the room we got. I encountered some specific issues as well. The bathroom was not clean, towel, blanket, soap were not available, the blanket were used in the room was not neat and tidy i hope understand the situation and take necessary actions. Please address these issues immediately, as they severely tarnish your property's reputation. Thankyou
