Rathna Square

Pathetic place and horrible service. We stayed in room 102 for 4 nights. 1. No hot water all 4 days even between the promised time 5:30 to 9:30 am 2. Ants all over the room & bathroom, bedside table, dresser, table, chairs, walls & floor! We pointed out they ‘cleaned’ it when we were out but made no difference. Bed bugs & insects too !!! 3. No cleaning of bedspreads, pillow covers & quilts. There was blood on the quilt. They took it away but did not provide a fresh one all 4 nights despite asking repeatedly. 4. No Wi fi. We were allotted room 103 and changed room to 102 thinking it would improve but nothing changed. 5. In the end we asked for manager and told all this expecting some discount. He was shameless -actually asked us why we did not checkout the first day. Why we did not ask manager after day 1. He said all other rooms were good and we should have just changed. Disgusting attitude. No consideration. No cleanliness.
