We had a disappointing experience at SR Jungle Resort, Anaikatti. While the property is huge, the rooms we were given were cramped, poorly maintained, and had a musty smell. One room had a broken bathroom lock, the exhaust didn’t work, and the space was far too small for the price we were charged. To make matters worse, despite booking as a family a month in advance, we were given rooms scattered across the resort. When we requested rooms closer together, we were told everything was sold out even though it was booked a month ago .The hospitality was below average, and while the food was decent, it didn’t make up for the poor service and lack of coordination. Definitely not worth the premium price and the hype. The way they market themselves and what we see there is exactly opposite! Would suggest not to waste your money.

Excellent property, good location for family, very good food and service. Specialised In destination wedding Beautiful trucking and full of greenery excellent place. Overall excellent. experience We will. All come back to this resort

We took a honeymoon suite room and expected some decoration as shown in video but it was completely disappointing they didn't do anything decoration and i called them the previous day to confirm still nothing they did.

Stayed with family this sun-day check in. Very ideal for family stay with great ambience, that was not expected & anyone can prefer weekdays as the weekends are crowded with corporate group bookings! food over here is ok.

We were allocated room after long wait. The room appeared ok but we were not give the additional mattress on time. After a while we got the mattress but no pillows. After several calls and visits to the reception we didn't get the pillows until we checked out. About 2am the air conditioner got extremely noisy like a generator or tractor next door. Water leaked from the air conditioner and spilled on the bags. Lost sleep that night, nothing was fixed until we checked out the next day. Customer care was extremely poor especially for the price. Overall a poor experience in the stay.

Review Date : 27-May-24 Me and My Family👪 with two ✌ kids Age 7 and 5 stayed here. For the budget that we spent I was a little disappointed. Pro's Location wise Extremely Enjoyable. So many places to take picture🖼️ Con's For 13k per day including tax we stayed in Kinge of Jungle room. No hot water in room 5 as whn u needed No snaks all ull get is milk powder and kettle No mini Fridge Poor Bugge Service

Nice stay. Good welcome at front desk. Food is ok. Morning hot water not available. After informing reception also it took around two hours to get hot water.

Property is very well maintained, rooms are very good and clean i really liked the rooms, swimming pool is clean, food taste is really good, could have added more spread to the buffet. Overall everything was very good.
