We are SR jungle resort first time visit new married 😅it was wonderful experience nice rooms neat and clean it was full forest them we weny jeep safari was nice 😂experience the evening they have some games and DJ iy was so exlent thanks yo SR jungle resort

kids are enjoying with swimming pool. hospitality is good. Food quality is awesome and especially lunch and dinner menu was good 👍

As an influencer and IT entrepreneur, my visit to SR Jungle Resort in Coimbatore on 31st December was deeply disappointing. I checked in after seeing an Instagram post by my friend Saleesh promoting their New Year program. However, my experience fell far short of expectations, especially given the premium price of ₹25,000 for a one-night stay in what was termed a “luxury room.” Internet and Network Issues The most critical issue was the complete lack of internet access inside the room. As someone who relies heavily on stable connectivity for managing trading accounts, responding to YouTube comments, and handling WhatsApp messages, this was a significant inconvenience. There was no mobile network coverage inside the room, and to my dismay, no Wi-Fi facilities were provided. For IT professionals or anyone requiring consistent internet access, this can be a major dealbreaker. Room and Amenities The so-called “luxury room” lacked any elements of true luxury. In comparison, a prior stay at Mount View Cottages, which cost just ₹2,400 per night, provided far better value. The room there was larger, the facilities were well-maintained, and the food quality was excellent. At SR Jungle Resort, the room size and amenities did not justify the exorbitant cost. Food and Dining While the food was generally satisfactory, there were issues worth mentioning. The watermelon juice served at breakfast was subpar, and the overall dining experience felt average at best, not meeting the expectations of a high-end resort. During my stay, I noticed other guests raising concerns about food quality and service, indicating recurring issues in this area. General Observations On arrival, I witnessed multiple guests expressing dissatisfaction with room facilities and the pricing. The resort’s management must address these concerns, especially when guests are paying such a high price. Positive Aspects To be fair, the resort does offer good amenities in terms of activities and the overall ambiance. The staff was courteous, and the food, aside from a few misses, was decent. Suggestions for Improvement 1. Improve Connectivity: Ensure that rooms have stable mobile network coverage and provide Wi-Fi as a basic facility. 2. Reassess Pricing: The pricing structure should reflect the quality and size of the rooms. The current rates are not justified. 3. Enhance Food Quality: Work on consistency and quality in dining services, especially for beverages like juices. 4. Pre-Stay Communication: Inform guests upfront about the lack of internet and mobile network coverage, so they can make an informed decision. Conclusion For ₹25,000 per night, SR Jungle Resort does not deliver the value or luxury it promises. While the ambiance and some amenities are commendable, the lack of internet, average food quality, and overpriced rooms make it difficult to recommend for IT professionals or influencers who require connectivity. Instead, budget-friendly options like Mount View Cottages

We stayed here in sr jungle resort as a family of 4 and it was a very pleasant experience. Right from the welcome drink to the electric shuttle which took us to our rooms, the staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. We booked the luxury cottage, which has been dubbed here as garden view rooms. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Room service was also quick, no complaints on that side. They have separate zones (buildings) for every purpose i. E. Bachelors, family, single moms, large groups etc. Pools are well maintained and clean. Only point to mention is that the cost of food is quite high, which can be understandable as this is a tourist place and located on the hills. You would be given 2 complimentary foot massage coupons which you can redeem at the spa. However its a machine massage, if you want to get a manual massage then it costs rs. 999. If you want a great relieving massage for 30 minutes then you can try that. The staff are from northeast and are skilled in pressure point massage. Overall a great experience.

We had a disappointing experience at SR Jungle Resort, Anaikatti. While the property is huge, the rooms we were given were cramped, poorly maintained, and had a musty smell. One room had a broken bathroom lock, the exhaust didn’t work, and the space was far too small for the price we were charged. To make matters worse, despite booking as a family a month in advance, we were given rooms scattered across the resort. When we requested rooms closer together, we were told everything was sold out even though it was booked a month ago .The hospitality was below average, and while the food was decent, it didn’t make up for the poor service and lack of coordination. Definitely not worth the premium price and the hype. The way they market themselves and what we see there is exactly opposite! Would suggest not to waste your money.
