Great hotel right next to the slopes and kids area. Cosy, clean, renovated rooms, attentive staff, nice pool. 5 min away from the central square with shops and bars. Great place to stay for any kinds of guests: families with kids, couples, group of friends.

Everything is fine and trouble-free. Impeccable service. Bed/pillow comfort is beyond imaginable. Thoroughly planned and decorated interiors. Breakfast was rich and not annoying for our 5-day stay. Wellness centres is just fine: relaxing pool and sunbeds, delicious energy tea, saunas etc. Everything is close and handy: ski rental across the street, ski school and beginners' slope next door. Overall, Peio resort is more boutique than Passo del Tonale, for instance. As pitfalls I can mention a poor quality of WiFi and unclear working hours of outdoor jacuzzi.

There is a stupid rule in the hotel that kids cannot use the swimmimg pool after 5 pm. We came here to ski. We are the whole day on the slope. When we come back to the hotel this is something obvious that we’d like to relax on the pool. I tried to persude to the manager that it not justified and let our kids to the pool but the reply was suprising that we can change the hotel if I do like that. I definiately discourage this hotel for families. This is the first time in my life I meet such a stupid rule. The manager extremely unfriendly. Please avoid the hotel if you plan to come with kids.

I didn't like a lot of things! 1. Breakfast, eggs-eggs-and again eggs! Guys, for money that we paid, is a shame to have just eggs when is about hot food, I really can't understand people which are praises them, maybe they didn't see anything better?!♀️ 2. Staff is horrible, at breakfast we had to wait to be serve, I was in front of her waiting to be served, and she was talking with someone else, she didn't even had the intention to serve me, until I made her an observation! 3.The lock door was unfuctional, they didn't care at all!!! 4.The shampoo and gel and all you want to use for hair and body, was the same liquid!!!! seriously?! a 4* hotel?! again, is a shame! 5.when we made the reservation, there was mentioned that is included the fee for city tax, 2,50€, after we were charged again! 6.The bill was given in Italian, we didn't understand anything, after finding that there are things that we even didn't ask or have! So, our advice...be careful with the bill, sometimes they use to lie the client! 7.The staff need review the behavior! (Just the girls from sauna was the only nice person! Will add the picture, when is showing that when we booked, the city tax was included in the room price, when we left, we paid again on hotel! So, conclusion?! Never again!

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, absolutely excellent cuisine. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Very pleasant wellness, wide selection of local wines. Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel

Beautiful hotel in a superb location . Spacious, stylish rooms. Spotless. Excellent parking. Lovely grounds and wellness area. Good food. Will return in 2023. Much to explore in the area,..............so TripAdvisor insists that I write more. Lol. See for yourself. Worth the visit.

Hotel molto consigliato per i servizi, la gentilezza dello staf e la cortesia nell accoglienza. Un ringraziamento particolare a CLAUDIA, sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze, e a MARCO che ci ha saputo consigliare degli ottimi vini, con competenza e professionalità. Grazie inoltre allo chef che ha permesso ai miei due celiachini di casa di mangiare tutto senza glutine in sicurezza. Insomma, non vi libererete di noi!ahahaha

E stata la nostra prima settimana bianca, e credo la prima di una lunga serie all hotel Kristiania. A parte la pulizia e la posizione, si mangia veramente bene. Colazione super e cena al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Il personale è molto gentile dalle receptionist alle donne delle pulizie a il personale di sala tutto. Un pensiero particolare però devo rivolgerlo a Claudia che con la sua simpatia e competenza ha sempre saputo consigliarci per ciò che riguarda le scelte dentro e fuori l hotel. Mi ha trattato come una sorella tutte le mattine ovetto e bakon. E la sera al tavolo premurosa e attenta. Persone come lei ti rimangono nel cuore.
