Absolutely loved our stay here. All staff were happy and friendly and it feels as though everything is cared about from the cleaning, general look of the place and furnishings to the breakfast. The location is excellent, we parked the car opposite the hotel on the Friday evening when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left on the Sunday morning. Perfect in every way.

Nice little hotel in Cognac, the room was very clean and had air conditioning which we needed as the temperature was up in the 40’s that day. The bathroom and the toilet were a little small. The breakfast was self service and had a good selection,you could take your trays out to the courtyard and eat there. All in all a nice experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Worst 3* hotel ever stayed in 10m2 room for double requested Above 1m75 you can no longer use the toilet...shower also not waterproof and tiny Very noisy and noise from the street Positive points: generous welcome and breakfast Move on

A quiet hotel in the city center is quite rare. Very decent services and good value for money. Excellent bedding and quality amenities. The bathroom could do with a bit of a modern update, in my opinion.

Small room but that's not a problem compared to the unbearable noise with people who are on the phone or who smoke in the courtyard behind until late at night, that is to say in front of the rooms. And in the morning, the noise of the suitcases on wheels wakes us up around 6:30 a.m., nice!!!! On the plus side, the staff is very pleasant.

Séjour parfait ! Chambre joliment décorée et propre, personnel chaleureux et attentif. Emplacement idéal, proche des sites d’intérêt. Petit-déjeuner délicieux. De plus, Cognac est très charmant, il y a plein de chose à voir et à visiter. Une expérience à renouveler sans hésiter !

Un jeune homme très accueillant, une propreté irréprochable , à 100m du centre ville , un parking en face de l’hôtel gratuit à partir de 17h et le we. Chambres bien équipées ( bouilloire, thé, café et tisanes ) bonne literie , prises électriques partout et état impeccable. Je recommande sans pb !
