シーズンオフの宿泊だったので、朝食はビュッフェではなく、チェックイン時に注文するシステムでした。
一つずつの量は少なめなので、好きなものを頼む事をおすすめします。
ロケーションは最高で、中心地まで徒歩15分以内、シャトーコニャックとヘネシーまで徒歩5分です。
広々とした敷地で、ゆったりと過ごせました。

Reception very friendly,room spotlessly clean.and very comfortable.appreciated the locked parking.excellent location.breakfast was lovely, especially being able to sit in the garden.the only downside was,being able to hear guests in adjoining room,and noisy guests in early hours of morning

We stayed there for 1 night with the family. It is very basic but good value for money. The common areas with pool, ping pong, kids games etc were great. The location is central Cognac. The service was excellent and the front of house lady was extremely friendly.

We stayed in the lodges, and they were perfect; clean, quiet and well eqiupped. Staff were friendly and attentive and the hotel offered secure onsite parking. Bar was reasonably priced, food great and location perfect to visit Cognac

Très belle surprise que cet hôtel étonnant en plein centre de Cognac. Dépaysement total, sentiment de dormir dans un lodge en Afrique. Demandez une cabane ou une roulotte, beaucoup de charme et bien agencé. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Le personnel de l’hôtel était charmant et très aidant.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits au Quai des Pontis pour un mariage. L’emplacement très proche du centre ville de Cognac mais en même temps très au calme en fait un endroit idéal pour se genre d’événements. Il y a un grand jardin avec une piscine et un ponton au bout avec une superbe vue sur la Charente. Les logements se répartissent entre des chambres classiques très spacieuses et joliment décorées style chalet en bois, des cabanes améliorées et des roulottes. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le petit déjeuner est varié et propose de très bons produits. Le personnel est très agréable.

Bel hôtel de charme d’avec des chambres insolites, petite piscine , très bon petit déjeuner , dans un havre de paix au bord de la Charente. Le personnel est attentionné, la literie est bien, produits disponibles dans les salles de bain. Parking sur place avec grille le soir. Proche de tout car Cognac reste une ville où cela reste facile de marcher pour visiter le centre. On recommande !
