This motel is in an ideal spot for a stopover on your way to Queensland. Admittedly it can be noisy at times (semi-trailers and B doubles) but it is right on the highway (main street) in Coffs Harbour. The new bypass, when finished, will make an enormous difference. The Motel is handy for eating and drinking places, a Pub is next door, and the Club is across the road. No such thing as cheap food anymore but the food in both places is good. The rooms are a decent size. The Beds are comfortable and most of the rooms have been upgraded and refurbished. Great shower pressure. I've tried a few Motels in Coffs over the years, and I rebook this place every time.

Room was fine and what we needed for an overnight last minute stay though I wish we had read reviews first because I would have rather stay in the car. Chris (manager/admin) is very rude and disrespectful. He should not be working anywhere near people.

I would recommend that you take a wide berth from this flighty place the bed sheets were stained with fresh blood and the smell is so bad. We demanded our money back and found a clean place to stay. The person at the front desk was so rude when we were booking in we should have just moved on then. The same keys opened all rooms, don’t think that it is legal. TripAdvisor would do the public a service and drop this disgusting place from its website.

Clean and comfortable room for an overnight stay but bedding is limited. Asked for a spare pillow and prompty got refused. Wifi is fast and reliable. Rooms are not soundproof with people next door being noisy. Highway traffic is not a bother. Good high-pressure shower.

Room basic, small but clean. Road noise very bad as was the internal noise from other guests. For the cost $200 not good value. Not enough (3) pillows and the good old ‘shower curtain’. 1980’s style motel.

Sent feedback to premises though no acknowledgment received. Overnight stay to break a long road trip, Attention to detail required for room cleaning - especially the ceiling fan and high rich areas.

For $225 this place is not worth it. The owner is rude, the room was in poor shape. There was mould in the freezer, cracked skirting boards throughout, the aircon took a very long time to work. The best thing was that Dan Murphys was situated directly outside our room. The ceiling fan was unstable so unsafe to use. After travelling 8hrs this was really disappointing.

Our stay was excellent amenities were good clean rooms. On arrival treated the way I like directed where our room was and informed about parking.
