Big4 Park Beach Holiday Park

The park is located in a great spot and is excellent for families with children. There are lots of activities and attractions for them. The facilities as a whole are also excellent!

Nothing short of a great stay! Spacious sights, Spotless amenities, Close to the water, Loved that we had to option to securely store our van while on the island

Great spot for family, we stayed in cabins this time and they were clean and roomy. The kids just loved the pool area and bouncing pillow. Will come back again!

5 out of 5 We absolutely loved our stay here! The only negative thing we can say is, we wished we’d got there wailer to enjoy more of the things to do and stayed longer. This is on us not the caravan park. Villa was spotless and provided us with everything we need. All facilities were great and the kids had so much fun. We’re back there next week for our trip back down to Victoria. This is somewhere we would 100% stay again and for longer.

We have stayed at this caravan park multiple times over multiple years and have always enjoyed the location, facilities, and overall atmosphere. It’s a great spot for families, with plenty to do and a well-maintained environment. Unfortunately, after our most recent stay, we have decided not to return. The staff at reception were abruptly rude and lacked basic communication skills, which made our experience far less enjoyable. Customer service plays a big role in any holiday experience, and sadly, this was a major letdown. East coast Australia has such a vast plethora of holiday adventures, and accomodation options that are far more deserved and reciprocal to basic communication attributes involving polite, less abrupt mannerisms that I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Amazing place! My son and I had the best time. It’s close to the beach and the park facilities were so good. The pool was so big and we had so much fun on the slides, The pedal carts were hard work but loved it. Movies nights were a hit with my son. The cabins were clean, had a modern kitchen and bathroom and The bed was comfortable too. Definitely going back again.
