The hotel is being upgraded and will be very nice when finished. Our room was newly done & very nice but not complete. Missing the closet by the door, only had 1 tiny garbage can and some of the towels were threadbare with some holes. None of those mad the stay poor! We made the reservation online & was not refundable. My problem is there was no mention that neither the pool nor the hot tub were usable! It wasn’t even mentioned when we checked in. There was just a sign on the pool room door. Breakfast was good but coffee machine was broken 😞 We would stay again but only after calling to see if the pool was open (I was looking forward to that 😞)

We have stayed at this hotel since it opened when visiting. The last couple times the quality has gone downhill. This last weekend will be our last time. Room was filthy. Exterior doors were not locked. Anyone could walk in. Breakfast hot items were cold. Everything was dirty.

I am a longtime IHG platinum member so rarely stay anywhere else but now I have a sure exception. Room was on point in all ways. Atmosphere overall was very welcoming and owner and his wife are extremely gracious and wonderful people. We would definitely stay again …and we are in two more days!

I not only didn't receive the room I booked, I was put in a room with no heat. I reported it that night as soon as I noticed no heat. The only thing that was offered was an extra blanket. I was told they had no extra rooms to move me to.The clerk told me the low was expected to be in the 40's that night. I did not receive a break on the room rate either. The manager could not of cared less. Breakfast-biscuits hard as a rock.

I love staying here because it’s affordable and you get everything you’d get anywhere else. Free breakfast, pool, hot tub, laundry room, and more. The rooms are always clean upon arrival. Housekeeping does great keeping the room in order if you have a longer stay. It’s quiet. My sleep isn’t disturbed. Plenty of choices on the tv to watch something. WiFi works great. Microwave works great. Heat and AC work great. Big windows in the room with an outside view. Water pressure is amazing! Bath tub is spacious enough for an adult! Vending machines have a lot of choices.

Excellent hotel along a major street. Staff was very friendly and the room was immaculate and had recently been updated. Everything worked well in the room and the breakfast buffet was excellent (eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, pancake machine, etc.) Would definitely stay here again.
