Sunrise Motor Inn

Very much like a small inn. Chinese boss wife is very enthusiastic, affordable and breakfast. The town of Cody itself has a wild west style, and the scenery along the road from the town to Yellowstone is also beautiful. Going back to the inn to hear the familiar accent is also very gracious. There are too many activities and stories in the town to see if you have to listen. I hope I can come again, still live here!
Yellowstone Valley Inn

We arrived late, so the key was in a lockbox for us. They had texted me a code for it, so it was easy to check in. We were in one of the lodge rooms that was handicap accessible, however there was a step from one room to the other. It was very hard to see with the dark matching carpet. Upon check out, we told the guy at the front desk that the elderly lady that was with me fell on that step. Instead of asking how she was or offering any assistance, he seemed to not care and just responded with ”thanks for letting me know.” The ”grab and go” breakfast was very limited to string cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs, and bagels available for purchase. Coffee was also available for purchase. The room was outdated. They claimed to have WiFi, but I could never get it to work. If you have time to stay somewhere else, do it.
Best Western Sunset Inn

In Cody, this hotel is already relatively close to Yellowstone Park. It is more than an hour's drive from the main scenic spots of Yellowstone Park, but the scenery along the way is still good. If the time to visit Yellowstone Park is not too tight, come to Cody for 1-2 In the evening, I recommend this hotel and take a break. There are places to eat, play, petrol stations and supermarkets nearby, so it is very convenient for supplies. There is a free parking lot, the service is good, the rooms and bathrooms are hygienic. Hotel breakfast can be.
Buffalo Bill Cabin Village

The cabin is very unique. Although it is small, it has complete basic facilities and is cost-effective. Due to the peak tourist season, it is still a bit far from Yellowstone Park. The next day, we need to plan to drive into Yellowstone Park. Compared with the accommodation price in the park, this price is very satisfactory.
The Cody Hotel

I looked for the most luxurious hotel in Cody and came up with this. Room was clean, of good size and a comfortable bed and had a refrigerator and balcony for fresh air (but no view, on the 'city side'). Breakfast was simple but fine in a good size very clean room (thank you). A few things to know: the sink is outside the bathroom (hard to be quiet in middle of the night), old TV has many cable channels but no streaming (we purchased a $30 Roku from Walmart across the street which we easily connected), and the staff - some older folks who seemed to not have local knowledge (the ones I spoke with). They were professional, kind and very efficient (these are likely retiree jobs for them). They should've been given more local information - recommended restaurants, where can I buy sandwiches before a trip to park, etc. This is not their fault, they just didn't have the info. It was a beautiful drive to/from YNP to Cody, but one particular mountain pass is not for the scared driver.
Holiday Inn Cody - Convention Center

I arrived at 10 o'clock that evening and set off early the next morning, so I didn't feel too deep about the hotel. The overall feeling was ok. There are gas stations and McDonald's nearby. It is worth mentioning that from Huangshi Lake to Cody Town, it is more than 90 miles. It is convenient to live in West Yellowstone, but the scenery to Cody is great.
