Visited cocoa beach for the first time, it was the best location for a cruise. The staff was so friendly and it was the best hotel ever. The Pool was not what I expected, but the location and everything else was a perfect hotel.

Horrible The pool was super tiny with barely any seating , the house keepers were super rude , they didnt want to give pool towels and a bag for trash in the room… they asked if i was going to leave already at check out and asked for my room number

The property is located on the Main Street several blocks from the beach. The rooms with a view are looking into a souvenir shop. There is a restaurant on property. The aquarium was not working. Charges for parking. Rooms were ok and seems like a safe location. I think it’s way overpriced.

This was my first stay at this facility. The check-in and out process was easy, however, it took me awhile to find the actual entrance for the front desk. I did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, but it was relatively quiet while I was in room. I reserved a king room but received 2 queens. Since I was alone this time it was of no consequence, so I didn't pursue the issue.

Very conveniently located. We stayed 2 nights before leaving for a cruise. They made it easy to park our vehicle for the entire trip and transport us to the port and back. Our only complaint if you will, was the hotel needs some updating & they only make up the room every other day. Staff was friendly.

A lot of stuff out of order. I was there from a Tuesday to Tuesday. So well over a week the elevator was small and only had one working. The waterfall in the pool was not working as well. The staff was wonderful!!!
