We are conveniently located at Exit 340 of Interstate 10, 80 miles east of Tuscon, 75 miles North of Mexico and 40 miles West of New Mexico. We are considered 'high desert' at an elevation of 4,167 ft. The mountains are visible from all sides of our property. We also feature our Smart Roast Coffee, a selection of juices, teas and hot chocolate. The rooms offer comfortable beds, alarm clocks, hair dryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards. We also have suites available that have microwaves and refrigerators. We have a beautiful outdoor pool and a business center for the use of all our guests. Our hotel offers free wired and wireless internet connections in all our rooms. We are within a short distance of a variety of restaurants, shopping and many historic sites. The staff was kind and friendly but the room was just awful. It had a musty feel to it, the floors were dirty and there looked to be ***** on and around the toilet. The mini fridge had food residue in it, the hand towel rack just fell off. The ac was broken until I tripped and accidently kicked it, then it turned on. There was no trash cans in the room, and the ice machine didnt work.

Worst hotel I have ever experienced
Ice machine broken…had to go to office for ice, they filled up the container half way and said that, s all I’m getting…toilet was running every 5 minutes due to a bad leak…No I mean no warm or hot water…couldn’t shower at all that nite…said I could get a refund if I wanted to leave…RUDE…You should drop this hotel like a hot potato

The Motel is run down, many rooms have issues with the door handles and security latch didnt work so not secure, plumbing has issues, area is noisy and you can hear all rooms around yours.

The Motel was a solid stay and what I expected for the price. One negative point was, that the first room I got was not prepared (used and not cleaned up). The staff was understanding and changed my room without trouble. I would stay there again.

Good service
This hotel is old and does not have any bells or whistles. What it does have is great customer service which is very important to me, next to cleanliness of course. This is my second stay at this hotel in the past few months. The rooms are outdated but were clean. They have accommodated my requests both times I have been there. I stay in the courtyard rooms which I think are nicer than the outer rooms. The staff is very kind and helpful, great customer service. I will stay there again.
