The location is wonderful, just in the heart of town, service better yet. It was a little bit noisy on the street this time of the year because it is Carnival in Cochabamba, but no major complaints. One night I got sick (I had too much of the delicious Bolivian food) Kevin Medina, working at the front desk that night, called paramedics and in no time, I was at Hospital Univalle where I was treated promptly and efficiently, the next day they were asking me how I was. Really nice people. The fee includes an excellent breakfast with a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, fruit juices, scrambled eggs, coffee, milk and many other goodies. When we were leaving, the street was closed because of the Carnival parade, the concierge carried our luggage all the way to the available street and called us a cab. The price is reasonable and they let us have an early check in. Cons: furniture in the room is a little bit outdated, however the room is comfortable, and the service couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely be back!

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación El desayuno es bien completo, incluye jugos, variedad de masitas, huevos, frutas, etc La atención del personal es buena Hay pocos hoteles 4* que tengan aire acondicionado y estas habitaciones tienen Además la vista desde le cuarto es muy bonita, nosotros estuvimos en el piso 8 Lo único malo es las habitaciones tienen alfombra y no huelen muy bien...dicen q en pisos mas bajos hay habitaciones con piso de ceramica La vista desde la terraza también es muy linda
