This marks my third stay here, and I've always been delighted to receive a room upgrade – thank you so much! ❤️ My only minor feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the glasses in the room; please pay a little more attention to that. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. It was a bit of a shame that during this weekday stay, the kids' breakfast area wasn't available. We also tried the Bubba Spa Kids, and my child absolutely loved it! I hope to see some promotions for the kids' spa in the future ☺️ Overall, everything was fantastic, and I hope for another room upgrade on my next visit too! 😅

Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. Hotel also served complimentary drink and snacks at the lobby in the afternoon. Nice gesture :)
Conveniently located right next to Ciwalk Mall and a stretch of shops along the main street.

I stayed at Shakti Capsule Cihampelas in Bandung from May 11 to May 14, 2025. It was a great choice for my stay in the city.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cihampelas, close to shops, food stalls, and attractions. I also rented a motorbike from RMB - Rental Motor Bandung, which made getting around even easier.
The capsules were clean, cozy, and well-lit. I had a comfortable rest every night. The shared facilities, like the bathroom and common area, were always tidy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth.
Overall, it’s a solid option for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in Bandung. I would stay here again!

One thing that i don't like about this hotel is the toilet which has built in bidet. I will avoid hotels with built in bidet. And the shower head is clogged resulting the water spraying in different directions. That is quite annoying.
