"This marks my third stay here, and I've always been delighted to receive a room upgrade – thank you so much! ❤️ My only minor feedback is regarding the cleanliness of the glasses in the room; please pay a little more attention to that. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. It was a bit of a shame that during this weekday stay, the kids' breakfast area wasn't available. We also tried the Bubba Spa Kids, and my child absolutely loved it! I hope to see some promotions for the kids' spa in the future ☺️ Overall, everything was fantastic, and I hope for another room upgrade on my next visit too! 😅"
"Namin is near my office in Bandung. The location is very strategic and there are a lot of food near the hotel. The price is very cheap but the room is comfortable enough."
"Very disappointed because I booked a room with a single bed but was given a twin bed and the reason was unreasonable, the service was very bad and I am discouraged from returning and will not recommend it to other prospective guests...be careful, DO NOT let the same thing happen to me..."
"⸻
Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience."
"This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues.
We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles.
Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room.
Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour.
I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep."
"Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. Hotel also served complimentary drink and snacks at the lobby in the afternoon. Nice gesture :)
Conveniently located right next to Ciwalk Mall and a stretch of shops along the main street."
"Quite simply the best hotel we've stayed at in Indonesia.
The manager, Shanti, and her team, especially Dena and Azma, are lovely.
The hotel is very clean.
The food is excellent.
The rooms are very comfortable with a nice big TV.
The hot water is a treat after climbing the volcanoes.
I recommend this establishment 1000%."

Amazing
FFalik BatubaraBeehive Hotel Bandung is a great spot if you're looking for a cozy and peaceful stay. The rooms are super spacious and clean, giving off a modern yet comfy vibe. It's in a quiet neighborhood, so you’ll get a good night’s sleep, and there’s a restaurant just across the street for easy meals. The hotel has all the basic amenities you need, making it a hassle-free stay. If you want a relaxing getaway in Bandung with a great location and a chill atmosphere, this place is definitely worth checking out!
AAmirulShafiqI stayed at Shakti Capsule Cihampelas in Bandung from May 11 to May 14, 2025. It was a great choice for my stay in the city.
The location is excellent — right in the heart of Cihampelas, close to shops, food stalls, and attractions. I also rented a motorbike from RMB - Rental Motor Bandung, which made getting around even easier.
The capsules were clean, cozy, and well-lit. I had a comfortable rest every night. The shared facilities, like the bathroom and common area, were always tidy. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay.
The hotel staff were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out smooth.
Overall, it’s a solid option for solo travelers or anyone looking for an affordable, no-frills place to stay in Bandung. I would stay here again!
SSatyacah_79The Room is clean and spacious, the amenities are well enough for us complete with one big screen tv in the room, it is not difiicult to find food near the hotel area, there is restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel area, and small minimart just across the street. There is spa to relaxing your body, also swimming pool at the hotel.
HHazel, San Peng TeeSuited for local big families with unpolished behaviour at breakfast with feet on the chair and food waste scattered on the floor with kids playing loudly by the pool which looked like a big mess. Very old hotel. Rooms are bigger than usual which is plus. Some travellers may not feel comfortable with this setting for a relaxed resort.
Mmariam nani'The atmosphere, where its located, the scenery
The customer service officers and employees over
at the cafe was amazing. Blessed with a room
looking over the hills! Breathtaking.
My staying in 602 deluxe room is very cool, with high attention to design and cleanliness.

IIwan NoviyandiThe hotel is cool, the location is quite strategic. For the male room, the style of Minahasa custom house stage building, with bunk beds. The mattress and pillows are quite soft and clean. the yard is full of trees, flowers and other plants,so it is cool and cool.although it is quiet at night,it is still crowded because there are many people staying.***a old and traditional but still cool. Unfortunately, my hot water for bathing and soap/shampoo/odol + toothbrush and towels did not get. Use a discount voucher to save money. Stay again when returning to Bandung

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
PpenggunaEverything is ok... the staff are friendly... but from the first check in I asked for a doormat until the check out never arrived 😥... maybe it can be improved again in the future huh?
