Great staffs especially Lova in the reception, she was professional the way she handled us. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was amazing during breakfast. Unfortunately, we were not able to extend our stay due to fully book. However everything exceeded our expectations.

Everything was good! I recommended to stay at this hotel especially when you are traveling with family as you can request for connecting rooms and bed preferences. The amenities I rated 4/5 only because the minibars (all 4 rooms I booked) weren't cool enough to keep your drinks chilled. It felt warmer than our hotel room temperature (AC was set to 20°C). Aside that, everything was tiptop!

The room is spacious and clean. I love everything about this hotel. Breakfast spread is delicious even there is not many choices but still good. Next to the hotel have a damn good coffee shop and ice cream shop. Nearby also have so many choices of food.

When I checked in, I was asked to wait while they were checking the room. After waited more than 10 minutes, the receptionist told me that I could enter the room. Some of my complains:
1. There was a cockroach inside the bathroom
2. The handle of shower is broken (not attached properly as the inside part of it is teared off)
3. The tap output channel was broken, this effects the stream is quite powerful as there is no filter to hold the stream
4. I booked a double bed, however it was 2 twin bed that become 1 bed.
However, the hotel staff was pretty kind to give me 2 additional complimentary drinks.
