We (40 persons) have stayed in this hotel for 50 days. All the staffs here are very friendly, Janinaba, Nett, Nick, they are restaurant staff. Especially for Jainaba, she is a Muslim and very friendly to us, he learns Bahasa, so that he can communicate with us. Then one day we asked Jainaba if we could order rice for breakfast, because we really miss Indonesian cuisine. And finally Jainaba conveyed to John about our request. Thank God our request was granted by John. He gave us Kongi Rice a.k.a chicken rice as our breakfast. thanks Jainaba. Thank you All Atlanta Marriot Hotel at Galleria Staffs.

We booked the double tree on its reputation. Paid for early check in, requested a fridge for meds …was told no problem. We get there at 1:00 and was told we couldn’t check in until. at least 3:00 Eve. Tho they charged me for early checkin . We were two people, they told me they had no rooms available with fridge as they had given them away even tho I was guaranteed. No microwave either.The room was for two, but we get to room and it’s clearly met for one! One desk chair at a table, one lounge thingy that no one over 40 would be comfortable in, and with my handicap I couldn’t get in it! They only supplied towels for one, we had to ask for more.we are supposed to get breakfast credit, but we didn’t They gave a card for a free drink at the bay which was closed. Nothing in the room or bathroom was very clean.Oh and if you wanted the room cleaned, you had to let the front desk know in the morning before 9:am.I set an alarm to do so which I shouldn’t have to do, I am on vacation. When we got back to our room at 3 pm, it still hadn’t been cleaned, so we settled for clean towels. We were so disappointed as we chose the double tree for its reputation in the Hilton family of hotels. It was not a good experience at all!

We were extremely happy with our stay. We were passing through on our way to Florida. The hotel is a fantastic spot to rest after a long drive. Rooms were large and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there is a ton of stuff to do around the area. We were very happy with the receptionist who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and checked us in very quickly. We will 100% stay again.

Picked this location due to its proximity to work trip site. Arrived to find the usual COVID cleaning update letter in the room explaining their enhancements and changes. Then walked into the bathroom to see lines of false eyelashes stuck to the wall. Tell me more about that enhanced cleaning...... eww. If you're COVID/masking conscious, be aware all front desk staff isn't masking, most travelors aren't either. Breakfast staff was masked. The TVs now have the option to control them from your cell phone with a QR code, which we enjoyed. Only other real complaint was the water pressure was really low and it took forever to get hot water in the shower and I was about to give up before it finally arrived. Otherwise this was a very average Fairfield stay. Would stay here again if needed.

Manager is amazing ! Clean rooms , very quiet. Overall amazing stay, staff was very helpful. Rooms smelled amazing , cleaning staff was wonderful, price was affordable. Outside was clean, very convenient to store locations, great WiFi, vending machines have great selection

This is simply the best hotel in the Atlanta-Cobb County area. What makes this the best hotel is: Richard, Adonis, CJ, Anton, Cedric, and Virginia who serves breakfast are true superstars at this location. The level of expertise this staff has is outstanding for the volume of guests they handle especially during the Atlanta Braves baseball season which is commendable. Even during the offseason guests will still be served with outstanding customer support which is displayed by everyone mentioned who sincerely puts customer satisfaction at the forefront. This is truly the best team at any hotel. My family and I have stayed at this location for the past 8 years, and we have been pleased above expectations with each stay. If your travels brings you to the Atlanta-Cobb County area please consider this hotel as you will be pleased that you did.
