We were at a conference in Cromwell and stayed at the Harvest Hotel. Located within an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Large comfortable beds, spacious rooms with balconies/patios and sparkling clean bathrooms. Delicious meals in the cafe and in the restaurant bar. A particular thank you to the management and staff to open the cafe early to allow our group to have breakfast before our 8am conference start. Thank you to the wonderful receptionist, Payal for arranging this for us.

We had an amazing stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The shower was great. A little bit of traffic noise but the view from our first floor room was breathtaking. The hotel had a lovely vibe. The corridors have had a fresh coat of paint recently and it looks amazing. Really brightens it up. We dined at the 5 Stags restaurant and bar and the meals were thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast at Forage Cafe was a great start to our day before our journey home. Thank you.

The hotel is comfortable with well sized rooms and all expected amenities. WiFi works well. Bathrooms have separate whb area to toilet /shower which is convenient. The hotel is near the road which is quite busy, although separated by a big car park, there can be a bit of noise. Beds are conforrable and everything works. If you don't like stairs, there are ground floor rooms (no lift).

Staff were not helpful at all, I have stayed here before and it has been ok, but this time was below standard for a 2 star motel. Staff were rude , I emailed my concerns before posting this to the manager of the hotel and have not got a response back

Staff excellent, very helpful, huge thanks to Donna for your local knowledge and ideas. Pub food fantastic, rooms very clean, water pressure sensational & garden area around the property lovely. Look forward to coming back hopefully in winter over the coming years.

The room was huge, the workspace perfect and staff fabulous. With a variety of dining options onsite - restaurant, bar and cafe, there was really no need to leave the complex! First time working out of town, and thanks to my experience at Harvest Hotel, I cant wait to do it again!

I travelled with my older parents - rooms are spacious, non alcoholic mini bar snacks available for purchase in room, we had room 809 which was located on the ground floor, looking out towards the golf course where large trucks park at night however we had no noise issues with this. There is the Five Stags restaurant onsite but it is super pricey for the caliber of food received. There is Forage restaurant onsite too - great cheese scones and AMAZING coffee - the big breakfasts are large but everything except the eggs were extremely oily. There are no plates or bowls provided, mugs, wine glasses and teaspoons only, small fridge, no microwave,$315 per night, Single bed mattress super uncomfortable - foamy and suited to children. Bathroom facilities modern with good water pressure. Overall the location is great - you have a couple of vineyards within walking distance and the Stoaker room is a short drive away. Would stay again if everywhere else booked out.

Our Jetstar flight was cancelled so I was put up in this motel even though it was a 50 minute drive from the airport it’s was well worth the scenic drive Excellent accomodation the receptionist lady was so helpful and amazing the room was cosy had the best views of the snow peak mountains credit to this motel A+++
