Had a big issue with check in. On Sundays reception is closed from 12pm to 6pm. I arrived around 3pm. Staff refused to offer any solution so that I could get access to my room (eg leave key out in a box etc). So I had to wait around until 6pm. Not acceptable Pity, because the place otherwise was quite good Other hotels have a box with a pin number to get your key after hours. Why can't you?

Hôtel agréable, petit souci j'ai eu froid malgré une couverture, le radiateur ne fonctionne qu'à partir de 6h du matin. Sinon petit déjeuner à partir de 6h45. La TV ne fonctionnait pas non plus. J'avais la chambre 212. Nuit professionnel, je dois revenir la semaine prochaine, j'espère que les quelques problème seront résolus.
