Room was dirty and smelly, I couldn't stay there, so I asked for my money back and moved to another hotel. Initially, the manager apologized and assured me that I'll get a full refund, since they instantly gave the room to other clients. But I never got the refund. Practically, they took my money and the money of the other client for the same room. When I called again, the manager acted and spoke arrogant and irritated. They are absolute crooks.

Location: you could not wish a better spot for being in midst of Cluj....vibrant and live. No car traffic in the area. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants. If you have a car then better look for a parking at the Central Building.. Rooms: seem is a new owner in town...the rooms are well designed and the space is comfortable. It is a yes from all points of view. Staff: well trained. Helpful. Nice.

Sono stata a cluj napoca per tre giorni e ho soggiornato in questo hotel che ho trovato accogliente, pulito e con personale molto gentile. Il proprietario sig.Claudio parla benissimo italiano. Posizione eccellente, nel cuore della città. Consiglio.

Foi uma experiência muito agradável em uma cidade pitoresca e muito gostosa. A localização do hotel é perfeita e todos muito agradáveis. O hotel é aconchegante , familiar e muito limpo. O local fica bem perto dos melhores restaurantes e pubs . Bem perto da praça central

La posizione è eccezionale, nel cuore di Cluj Napoca a due passi dalle attrazioni principali e dai locali più alla moda. Le camere sono ben insonorizzate è molto silenziose (peccato però per i lavori all’edificio accanto partiti alle 7 di mattina del lunedì). Gli aspetti positivi, tuttavia, si arrestano qui: non c’è ascensore e nessuno ti dà una mano con i bagagli, le camere standard avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata e di manutenzione (smuri sbreccati e armadio con porta sgangherata, la porta della camera rimaneva aperta), bagno molto piccolo, colazione carente. Nelle vicinanze si trovano solo parcheggi a pagamento dalle 7 di mattina e non è possibile, se non si ha un numero rumeno, anticipare il pagamento. Consigliato solo per soste brevi e mettendo in conto questi inconvenienti.
