I booked this hotel specifically because it promised a refund if cancelled by 4:00 pm day of stay. I cancelled at around 1:30, they still charged me and now they want a review? I’m really disappointed in the hotel and trip.com. I won’t be back to trip.com and will not trust this process. I WILL get my refund at some point. Dishonest marketing!

Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean and fairly large. Also very pet friendly and super low pet fee. Lowest in town!
