"We stayed in Queenstown for three days during our honeymoon. I felt rested. The view was beautiful when I opened the curtains. I experienced unprecedented service. When I was having dinner, I mentioned to the butler that I had fallen and needed to go to the hospital. The manager called me in the afternoon to ask if I needed any help. The dinner menu didn't change much during the three days. It would be better if they could change it every day and give me a tasting menu. On the second night, I was surprised to find that the waiter in the restaurant was a mixed race of Chinese and Western."
"I wonder how many Chinese people have stayed at this treasure hotel?
What a perfect hotel, a beautiful and quiet place in Queenstown.
Enjoy a corner of the sky full of stars,
The service is very considerate, and the fireplace is warm in winter.
We went skiing in the morning and breakfast was delivered to the hotel the night before.
The toiletries are all organic.
In short, although it is a bit far away from the center of Queenstown,
But isn’t that what resort hotels are all about? Queenstown Azur, love it!"
"Wonderful place to stay with family.
Good washer and dryer.
Rooftop is hard to access for older people but kids like it."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip while looking for a room with a lake view, easy access to the airport, and proximity to town. Overall, the hotel met my basic expectations, offering both comfort and convenience.
Pros:
- Spotless and well-maintained room.
- Room with two double beds was spacious and perfect for four adults.
- 24-hour reception for assistance at any time.
- Convenient access to public transport, with a bus stop (Bus 1) about an 8-minute walk away.
- Great dining options, including in-room dining and a restaurant with stunning views of the lake.
- Unobstructed, picturesque lake views from rooms on level 4.
- Courtyard with seating areas with beautiful views.
- Swimming pools.
Cons:
- The hotel is located on an uphill slope, which might be inconvenient for some who is not driving.
- No balcony to enjoy the view outdoors in room.
- No microwave in the room.
It offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. The beautiful lake views and great dining options make it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!"
"Wonderful view from the hotel even I was not staying in the lake view room which can have a peak of the lake.
However, staffs may need more training. I have booked two nights but in separate bookings and staffs was good to let me stay in the same room. But they dont release that the room key was deactivated even I told them my situation."
"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."
"Was there one night , it was very comfortable, relaxing. The room had everything u needed, lockers , phone chargers and a heater or air-conditioning if needed !!! The bed smelled of fresh linen and the duvet was nice. The kitchen ? Wow !! It was amazing , clean and huge !! It was like a chef kitchen on one of the shows. I recommend this place to anyone, it was great !! The staff was great !! I will b back here again !!!"
"Very Very beautiful view from the room and the hotel restaurant(see below pics)!!! Close to the Queenstown city. The room is very tidy and big with some mix up tools for cocktails.
It’s my first time travel alone. I was stressed, nervous and had a few questions to most of things.
The service is soooooo good. Specially I would like to appreciate Kim and the reception staffs for helping me during my stay. Thanks for giving me a wonderful journey with QT Queenstown🥰
I will definitely come back again to QT Queenstown with my parents and friends shortly♥️♥️♥️"
"I went here on the recommendation of others during the Spring Festival. The front desk can speak a little Chinese and he should be Chinese. Unfortunately, he was not assigned to a room upstairs. It was lonely for the same price. The door is right next to the road. If you want to book later, be sure to make a note. Need a room on a high floor. Parking is not free. If your car is still in the garage after 11 o'clock at night, you will be charged a parking fee of $24 (you can park for free during the day), but the garage is very small and cannot park many cars. The facilities are relatively old but the hygiene is OK. Both rooms have bathrooms, which is great"
"It is a lakefront hotel, making it easy to enjoy a walk around Queenstown. Although the accommodation is older, it’s kept clean and tidy. The reception was a bit hard to find, so you need to drive slowly to avoid missing it. We were lucky enough to stay on a lower level, which meant fewer stairs to access our room. The only downside was some noise from next door—guests seemed to enjoy karaoke until midnight, which was a bit bothersome. Nonetheless, it’s a nice hotel to stay at for a family of five."
