"This hotel probably has the best view in Queenstown. It is very beautiful and quiet. The non-dairy desserts in the restaurant are also delicious. This is the best hotel I stayed in during this trip to New Zealand."

"I had a lovely stay at Ora Retreat! Cabin was already warm when I got there (late night check in), literally a warm welcome! I got to meet their cutest dog Dusky as well 🫶"
"I wonder how many Chinese people have stayed at this treasure hotel?
What a perfect hotel, a beautiful and quiet place in Queenstown.
Enjoy a corner of the sky full of stars,
The service is very considerate, and the fireplace is warm in winter.
We went skiing in the morning and breakfast was delivered to the hotel the night before.
The toiletries are all organic.
In short, although it is a bit far away from the center of Queenstown,
But isn’t that what resort hotels are all about? Queenstown Azur, love it!"
"soak The glass is frosted and the view is not good.
There was a white lady at the front desk who provided poor service. We booked a soak at 6 o'clock, but she made us wait for her at the front desk for ten minutes in our bathrobes. She gave priority to checking in others. Later, we asked another Asian male waiter to take us to the soak."

"Good location near the city center. Room is big and fit perfectly for 2 adults & 2 kids. Nice lake with mountain room. We enjoyed our stays and kids like it too!"
"Overall, it's decent. The view from the window offers a distant panorama of snow-capped mountains. The location is quite convenient for getting around, but the hotel has limited parking spaces, which isn't ideal for self-driving tourists exploring New Zealand's South Island. Although the underground car park has two or three levels, it was always full when we drove down. The hotel charges for parking daily, but if you arrive late, you'll often find no available spots and will need to find alternative parking yourself.
Most of Queenstown's attractions are nearby, with the cruise activity center less than 1 km away. It seemed that Queenstown required the least amount of driving during our South Island road trip, making its convenience excellent."
"Walked out onto the balcony and we were met with these stunning views.
The time that we visited (May) meant that it was slightly too cold to be out on the balcony for too long, but the views that we enjoyed out of the window were magnificent.
When the first arrived the lady on the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.
We had asked for a double bed and had been allocated two single beds. She quickly contacted the ladies from house keeping and they very kindly sprung into action to help rectify the situation.
The housekeeping staff were nice and pleasant, and the location was just right for us to get out and about visiting some of the local attractions like the Kiwi birdlife park.
The big plus about staying at the highview apartments was having a parking space. When you visit queenstown you'll soon find out that in some places finding a parking space is like gold dust."
"Brilliant place like all haka houses are! Very clean and huge kitchen area, nice lounge area as well! Toilets were clean. Only downside is that there is advertised private parking but when I got there the car park was full with about 6 cars in it! This means you have to either park on the street or go up a huge hill and park outside houses just to get to your car! Wasn’t made clear."
