When we arrived at the Clone House around 3:00 pm for checkin we immediate knew that the location of this B&B was not near the town of Wicklow. That is a misrepresentation on their listing; just one of many. We immediately told the owner that we were not in an area we wanted to stay but, he didn't have any intention of helping us. We tried to kindly ask to be switch to a one night stay. He said no because of your booking site. I contacted the booking site and they pointed to the Clone House. Folks don't want to travel see Ireland and be stuck in a house with nowhere to go for two nights. Since we couldn’t get any of our money back we checked into our room and found the bed was like an old sagging horse, the wifi didn't work. You could log in from the main area of the house but it was unusable. We left and found different accommodations. The pictures are not accurate. Maybe it works for a Hen party but that’s about it.

Cold , grubby , no restaurant or food of any kind, cooking facilities or even a bar despite the lavish pictures of people dining . 10 minute drive to nearest village . The house is set in lovely grounds We handed the keg back and stayed elsewhere

Pot holes in drive. And smell of animals upon entering. Unkempt and dirty was my first impression and i refused to stay there. Thankfully was I only booked in for one night. So drove to Wexford and checked into a clean hotel. The texts that I received prior to arrival were curt and looking for extra money for a dump/shambles of a property.

I rent out clone house as maid of honour for a hen party in March and it was perfect. Jeff and the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed and other than that we had the place to ourselves to celebrate the bridge to be. The rooms are gorgeous as well as the grounds and perfect for an overnight/weekend celebration. Everything was perfect and we had the best time so much so some of the others have booked in to stay during the wedding in June. Thanks clone house!

The room and staying is very pleasant. You find everything in place, it is exactly what they offered. We stayed Thursday night. Welcoming is nice. The surrounding gardens and forest is the perfect complement for a quite enjoyable getaway. Breakfast is good, absolutely nothing wrong with it, and staff very attentive.

We rented the whole house out for a hen party (25 people), and we had a brilliant time. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished, set in a beautiful scenic spot in Wicklow. Jeff was extremely helpful in the organisation of the event, always very responsive and willing to help. I would like to give a special thanks to Svetlana, Sarah, Chloe, Heather, and Aoife who were on hand for all our needs and provided a beautiful 3-course dinner and delicious breakfast the next day. They were all so kind and helpful and made our stay extra special and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

We recently had our friends hen party in Clone House and we are so glad we went with this venue ! Jeff was so accommodating and the house and bedrooms were beautifully kept! The kitchen had everything we needed and more ! I would definitely recommend Clone house for a hen party you won’t regret it !

I came here with a group of friends for a party and we had such a lovely time. The house is gorgeous, the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The gardens are lovely and the kitchen was great. We had the whole place to ourselves, it felt like we had a little hotel all to ourselves.
