Lawn Cottages

We have just spent 2 delightful nights at Lawn Cottages . 2 couples in our 70’s, one from Tasmania and one from Canada, our time here was way to short. The accommodation was the best we have stayed in on our 2 week visit to both South and North Islands. Impecacably clean, 2 lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fantastic kitchen and living area inside and out, the owners are really doing this well. Very private, great gardens with limes, pears etc growing around the cottages and close proximity to Napier, Clive, Havelock and Hastings and all the great vineyards in this area. And to our surprise , provisions awaiting us in the way of eggs, bread, milk , coffee and tea , oils, some butter and jam… which was very appreciated even though we had doubled up prior to arriving. Could have easily spent a week here relaxing, seeing more vineyards and breweries and little more retail therapy for the girls. Don’t look elsewhere

Our family stayed at Lawn Cottages last weekend for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. The 2 bedroom Kowhai cottage we stayed in was absolutely pristine. Everything was sparkling. The linen was of high quality and the beds were made up beautifully. Lots of nice little touches such as lovely smelling hand wash, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom was lovely. The very thoughtful touch of providing the first mornings breakfast supplies was such a nice treat also. The gardens were lovely and all the cottages are very private. It's like a home away from home but only better.... We will definitely be back! The owners clearly put a lot of time and effort into these Cottages.... Stunning! Thank you.....
