My stay was great! Raven at the front desk was absolutely amazing & very sweet! Nice, CLEAN, & great atmosphere! Highly recommended.

Convenient stop off I20 wedged between Home Depot and I20. Staff was nice and we enjoyed free breakfast with waffle machine. Used treadmills in gym but were disappointed there was nothing there for us to clean the machines when we were done. Room was comfortable but unfortunately the AC unit was very loud and like lots of hotel rooms blew directly on you in bed. Not really the hotels fault (unless the use a water softener?) but the water was soooo soft it was near impossible to get the soap off you in the shower. For this reason alone we would not stay at this location again

Everything about the property was good except in our room there was wallpaper coming off the wall very noticeably and one of the lamps was working but clearly broken. This did not affect our stay, but I would not leave these conditions in my house for guests to see. The landscaping outside was exceptionally nice. I liked that a lot.

It was fine for a night as we were traveling...arrived late & checked out early. It was close to I-20..highway noise since we faced the highway.

Very clean and amenities were great! All bathroom supplies but the shampoo, conditioner, etc was not my liking in smell. Great hotel!

Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. My only negative was that there weren’t any cleaning wipes in the fitness center to wipe equipment off.

The room was ok, but there was no shampoo in the recipient and the fridge didn't work. The filter in the air condicioner was dirty and smelling like dust.

If you actually use the refrigerator in your room, don't book at Fairfield hotels. All of their rooms have energy-saving refrigerators which turn off every two hours. You must press the 'On' button inside of the refrigerator to turn it back on. It will automatically turn off again in two hours. Ridiculousness. Every other aspect of my stay was nice.
