When we checked in, for our 3 night stay, things seemed alright. The next day the drama started. My travel partner parked her trike is an empty spot, and the owner came out screaming at her she was in the wrong spot, that she couldn’t park there. The parking spots are not numbered, leading one to assume that you park in any spot close to your room. The same thing happened the next day when a friend stopped by to pick something up from a room, the owner came running out of a room screaming at him, when he was only going to be there for 2 minutes. She told us that our group had ruined the entire weekend for everyone in the town. I would rather sleep under a bridge, than stay at this motel ever again. Customer service was horrible, we asked to have the heat turned on in the room one morning around 9AM and when we arrived back around 4PM, wet from getting caught in the rain, the heat was still not on. The female owner was totally irrational regarding the parking stalls. We have been told that our group is not welcome there ever again, although we caused no problems, other than parking in the wrong unnumbered stall.
