Pool was not functioning and it was the sole reason I went with this hotel.. all the employee had to say was sorry.. the toilet was very slow at filling up and when call about it said they would have maintenance look at it when we left.. ac did not cool. Again told maintenance would look at it. Was a long hot night.. glad it was only 1 night that we stayed.

Shower head in both rooms I stayed in were restricted and need to be replaced.
Was given room with 2queen beds requested a king ,no towels.
Samples consisted of 1 bar of soap and 1 conditioner no shampoo.
Receptionist was excellent.
