The waiters are two Indians. They don't clean up every day without notice. I complained that they forced me away on the last day because of their poor service attitude, and they didn't pay for the room. They are breaking the law.

The outside,lobby, hallway, and stairs were worn down. The stairs were a fairly steep climb. The room was clean and updated. The front check in was friendly and helpful.

The hotel next to it has unsavory people living in it and they hang out at night time in the parking lot.

Bathroom was clean, towels were nice and soft, however the floor in the room was somewhat dirty.
Can't walk around barefooted, and no disposable slippers were provided

Stayed here before and enjoyed it more the first time. Hotel and room were clean and adequate. Could use less trendy updates like the touch-light mirror in the bathroom and instead have more basic refreshing such as replacing beat-up baseboards and doors, and a clean chair to sit in at the table in the room (which felt sticky and looked dirty.)
Room was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature, maybe because the room was very humid. Refrigerator seemed like an afterthought, hanging out of its cabinet and not level. Not sure if it worked, didn’t try it out. Bed was comfortable. TV worked fine. Room was quiet with the a/c unit running for white noise. Breakfast was very basic but ok. Overall a good enough stay but not enough to earn my loyalty this time, especially with the increased pricing compared to the last stay.

Hardwood floors in room looked nice, but felt sticky on bare feet. Maybe carpeting would have been better.

I stopped halfway through a cross country trip. The owner was incredibly kind during check in. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently remodeled. It is obvious that the hotel is still being renovated, but that did not detract from my experience.
