A wonderful soft landing
We have stayed at the Carriage House multiple times. It’s well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Stay!
We had a very short stay so didn't get to enjoy the place or meet the owners but this little property is a gem. Very well appointed inside and comfortable.The only suggestion for a minor change would be the air conditioning unit above the bed-the light from the display shines directly down on your heads. Other than that, fabulous and would stay again!!

Great escape from a long winter in the mountains. Everything was delightful. If there is a criticism, no instructions for the TV or heater.

Didn't spend much time there as we had to leave early due to illness but it is a nice VRBO.

Great home base for adventure
Loved having a separate back yard for our dogs as well as a full kitchen! Plentiful blankets as well. Enjoyed reading the guidebook about local stuff to do and see. Gave us the idea to see the Colorado National Monument.

Pear orchard
Great location for a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen and overall a very comfortable residence. A little traffic noise, but not overwhelming. Enjoyed hearing the train pass by. Owners are fantastic, very interesting and friendly. Served us as expected for our stay.

Brief but amazing Layover
We booked one night at the carriage house on our long journey across multiple states. The craftsmanship of the build and attention to detail and care in the property was amazing. We wished we had been there longer.
