******* did not provide the breakfasts that I paid for. The hotel accomodated me, but gave me vouchers for less than what I paid. It was clean and walking distance to the stadium. Parking was ridiculously expensive. Cost must be lowered if I am going to return.

Everyone was very nice and friendly, including a proactive email describing to closures, parking information, and other helpful details before our stay. Hotel was located close enough to walk to the Browns stadium for a concert. Definitely one of the better hotel stays we have had.

The room was over $800 a night the bathroom door was broken and they were doing construction on a room near ours all night, it was disappointing to spend so much money and have these issues.

The rooms are small and poorly designed. The staff is hit or miss. What really saves this hotel from getting one star is the location. Very convenient if you enjoy going out at night. We did have an incident where there where alarms going off at 3am. The alarm blaired in the rooms "there has been an emergency reported in the building" but no further details or updates where announced afterwards. With that being said if you or a loved one has anxiety or if your a veteran with PTSD It may not be the best place for you to stay.

Nice property , very clean and updated rooms. The breakfast could be better. and, the hotel does not offer de caf coffee in the rooms or at the complimentary coffee station. Really??? other than that it was a nice stay Good price for a nice hotel in a very convienent partt of the city

Too Noisy Overall the hotel was good. It was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was close to a lot of cool places. Unfortunately, there is an incredibly loud bar at the ground level of the building that played bed rattlingly loud music until 3 AM. As nice as the hotel is, I could never stay there again knowing that I would not get any sleep at all.

Overall a good stay. Located right across from The Flats East side so perfect had we come in the summer. Multiple dining options near by.

We loved our stay here. We could walk do dinner and live entertainment. Brown fit was an absolute amazing perk of staying at this hotel. The view was breathtaking out to the lake. Great place to stay if you don't want to drive anywhere and get away for a night or weekend.
