I reserved a smoking room. When we arrived, we were put in a non-smoking room. There was trash on the floor behind the bathroom door and under the edge of the bed (visible from across the room). The sink stopper could not be removed, so water stayed in the sink making it unusable. There was no water going to the toilet, so it couldn't be flushed. We called the front desk and were moved to another room. The door got stuck every time it was closed. It was impossible to open it with one hand. It didn't have any trash on the floor, but it had some kind of bugs in the bed (bed bugs, maybe?), and we woke up with bites on all exposed skin.

There were a large amount of insects in the room. The room wasn't very clean either. Not that a 5 start hotel was expected but there was also concerns with the towels.
All in all, it wasn't the worst experience but it definitely wasn't the best.

We found this town, Helen, on our way home. We decided to find a room for the weekend. The gentleman at the front desk, Chris, was so pleasant. He made check in 100 times more pleasurable than the upscale resort we just came from in Pigeon Forge, TN. Thank you for being you! The continental breakfast was better hands down...including the coffee. Ashley was super sweet and greeted everyone coming in for breakfast and the front door. I found that very comforting. At the end, check out was a breeze. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We found this town, Helen, on our way home. We decided to find a room for the weekend. The gentleman at the front desk, Craig- I believe, was so pleasant. He made check in 100 times more pleasurable than the upscale resort we just stayed in Pigeon Forge, TN. The continental breakfast was better hands down here at your establishment. Alisha was super sweet and greeted everyone coming in for breakfast. I found that comforting. At the end, check out was a breeze. We have enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We paid $120 a night for the front desk staff to spray the ants outside of our room with Windex! He literally said "Windex is the best ant killer" And as expected they were back the next night. We were finding ants throughout the room. So so so gross. I won't ever stay there again!
