I think hotels need to disclose to customers where the rooms are before getting a key and going to their room. Our room was 40 feet away from the parking garage and commotion was going on until 3 in the morning. Cop cars, disturbances etc. The window sill had cobwebs, light fixture was covered in dust, lamp light would not stop flickering, the bathroom ceiling had not been touched our wiped it looked like in years. I have stayed at this property many times and this room was the worst it’s ever been

This hotel was amazing! The service was exceptional, and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff deserve 5 stars for their recommendations and friendliness.

Beautiful Hotel! Reception staff was excellent! bar Bar staff was excellent. However the food disgusting. The grilled chicken salad I ordered was inedible. The chicken was so dry, cold, and hard it was disappointing after a long day of travel and an otherwise flawless experience.

Staff was very accommodating and the food at the restaurant was very good and priced reasonable. Room was very quiet and the shower was fantastic. Nice television also.
