Didn’t feel safe parking out back with no lighting. My room was ok. Looks like there remodeling I was a little scared of what the would look like when I parked.

Room was roach infested. We immediately asked for our reservation to be canceled, and we did it right there and spoke to a Travelocity agent and she started the refund policy

We had to call desk to find out how to make shower work. New style and nothing on faucet or handle to give any indication what to do.

I wish I could give 0 stars. We had roaches in the room. The room smelled musty. TV didn't work. There was a severely trashed, rancid smelling room 3 rooms down from us. Sketchy people everywhere. We pretty much left immediately. This place is a nightmare.

Very nasty, stunk, filthy…. Friends had room in building closest to office and it was “ok”…second building was disgusting. Period. We would NOT recommend. Stayed there out of necessity. Even asked for another room - which we got - but really bad.

It is not as advertised in listing. No pool, room service, poor internet and TV reception. No breakfast. Bring your own toilet paper and towels. They do not clean your room until you leave. The air conditioner / furnace did work.

I always take reviews lightly. I actually never write them. We were in town for my daughters softball showcase. The beds were clean and the room appeared clean. Until you go to bed at night and roaches appear. It was very apparent that the strange people walking around the property actually live in the rooms. As a single woman, I didn’t feel safe. I took everything back to my car that I wouldn’t be using in fear of taking roaches home.

The room was absolutely disgusting! It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and the room reeked of cigarette smoke and there was a cigarette burn in the bed cover. There were flys everywhere and when you walked around barefoot, the bottom of your feet turned black. The air coming out of unit smelled moldy and I had a hard time sleeping in the room due to my asthma. I ened up leaving 3 days early and paying for another room at a different hotel.
