First room we had was dirty and had Roaches. And had to fight to get a different room. They have a policy about getting a refund or change of room within the first 10 minutes.

What i liked about the hotel in the area was all the restaurants and shops were very close by. Easy access this hotel has to have the best hot water for taking showers and i really mean that the best. Maybe a little better breakfast selection could have been better. Other then that i would come back again

Seemed clean. Bed was worn out. Carpeting was worn out also. Thought baymont was a better quality motels. It was cheap. You get what you pay for.

Our one night stay was straight forward. The room was clean, the TV worked well. The receptionist was very
helpful and pleasant.
The only issue I had was the fact that there was no ice in
the entire motel. I have medicine that needs to be kept cool and I need to put ice in a cooler when we are travelling.

This hotel should be an embarrassment to the chain. It is so filthy - inside and outside - that maybe the best way to clean it up would be to tear it down. If you think I'm exaggerating go look for yourself.

Pretty decent for a 2.5-star hotel. If it weren't so expensive to travel to Chattanooga, i wouldn't have booked this place. It's basically a ghetto motel that they cleaned as best they could. It DOES appear renovated, which is a plus. ******* gives great room deals, also a plus. But it's average at best.

This motel has been updated and we found it to be clean and a pleasant place to stay. It’s pet friendly but they don’t tell you or advertise that there is a $40 fee for pets. We don’t mind that there’s a fee but they should list that on their booking site.

Room was very clean when we arrived, but no one asked if we needed extra towels or anything, and no cleaning of the room for our four day trip thankfully we always carry cleaning supplies on our trips so we kept it clean
