The place is not bad at all, it had everything we wanted for our stay with a baby but the heat in the room is unbearable and although there was one ventilator we gave it to the baby and we suffered and didn't sleep at all from the extreme heat.

Very well placed for the rugby stadium with very good tram link to the centre which is a c.30 min walk. Little grocery store and boulangerie a 5 min walk away and some places to eat nearby. Useful to have a washing machine and tumble dryer on site. No air conditioning which would be unpleasant when hot. If you require parking, reconfirm this at least twice as once was not enough for the message to get through and you need a fob to enter the parking. Major downside for us was no wifi at all during our Sun-Thurs stay which was very inconvenient.

The five Euro a day secure parking was a huge convenience. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Faolipa (spelling?) who went above and beyond to help us find the parking lot, opened the safe that the previous tenant had left locked within 5 minutes of our asking her, and was always cheerful and happy to help us. Location is excellent with view of Rugby stadium, around the corner from the Michelin Experience, and walking distance to the old city. Maintenance responded quickly to minor issues with bathtub/shower and repaired problem.
Apartment is basic. No dishwasher, no oven, under-the-counter refrigerator with a tiny freezer.

Horrible incompetent and disrespectful staff who have nothing to do with the customer very very dirty apartment with a lot of dust I ask for an apartment on the quiet side they refuse it to me even though I arrive very early result impossible to sleep due to the tram and the cars, degelasse kitchen equipment I ask that they change the pan for me they tell me that they have more so I eat outside impossible to cook the worst thing is that I couldn't even cancel my reservation with them. For my part, the woman who welcomed me has nothing to do with the hotel industry. I strongly advise against this residence.

The negative points: Bedding not too bad but uncomfortable sofa bed. The bathroom is not great: shower with curtains whose shower head is dirty! The cupboard under the sink is damaged and the toilet paper holder is held with screws… The apartment/hotel is located on a very busy street in terms of cars.
